Awesome cabin. Great owners.
Great location and easy to follow directions to find the cabin! Beautiful property and deck to watch the sunrise. Would stay again!
The cabin was perfect! Everything I was hoping it would be. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you ?
We enjoyed our stay. The place was just as advertised.
My husband and I loved this cabin! It was the perfect location for everything! You could go out during the day but then come back and relax away from the hustle and bustle. The generosity and kindness of the owners is like no other!
This has been our third stay and as always it was great. I could go on and on about how great it is but there is not enough time and space. If you love the mountains as much as I do, you could not ask for a better location and cabin. Kipper and Heather are great hosts and will always help anyway they can.
This is a comfortable home situated near the southeast corner of Rocky Mountain National Park. It's conveniently located near the less-visited entrances to the Park: Wild Basin and Long's Peak. It's easy enough to get to Estes Park and the Beaver Meadows entrance to the Park as well, and there are spectacular (and often crowded) hikes from that entrance. But the waterfalls accessible from Wild Basin are among the best in the Park. The house has everything you need. We used the outdoor gas grill frequently and made use of the outdoor gas fire ring too. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are firm and comfortable.
perfect mountain getaway yet close to town. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy owners quick to reply. Will definately stay again
This cute cabin was just perfect for our vacation. It is secluded yet close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was just me and my husband so we had plenty of space to relax. I'm sure you would still have comfortable space with up to 4 people. We arrived to the cabin after dark so it was a bit hard to find the road to turn onto but after we saw where we were the next day we did not have any problem finding it after a full day of exploring the beautiful CO mountains. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very responsive. The wi-fi was also strong. Unfortunately I had to do a work meeting via Zoom while we were there and I didn't have any connectivity issues. We had a great time and the cabin was perfect for us.
Beautiful and peaceful
A very nice cabin. We enjoyed the property. Our 2 children liked climbing on the rocks. There were some turkeys and mule deer that came right up to the cabin. Very good stocked kitchen and even items in the pantry. We enjoyed our stay.
This cabin was absolutely wonderful and went beyond our expectations! We loved the location, the extensive surrounding acreage to roam, the cleanliness, the accommodations, and the character. Our hosts were very communicative and we had absolutely everything we needed! The only things I would mention that could possibly be improved are the pillows and possibly adding a bed upstairs in the loft. My daughter slept on the futon fine but would have preferred a bed if possible. She thoroughly enjoyed the extra space upstairs compared to the bedroom that her brother had downstairs though. We also loved all of the cool posters and artwork on the wall and the fairy book in the nightstand. The hosts seem like very interesting people that we would probably really enjoy hanging out with. Ha!
This was the perfect cabin with amazing views. Perfect distance from RMNP. Highly recommend staying here!
Property is on a county road near RMNP, near Wild Basin. A moose and calf strolled to within about 30 feet, while we were sitting on the deck. Hummingbirds galore, deer passing through, …. Quite enjoyable.
This was our second stay at Rocky ridge cabin and every thing was great. We love the location and privacy of the cabin. We will stay again if the good Lord is willing.
Great little cabin and excellent owners. Great communications and no issues at all. Great location if you want to be close but out in the woods and enjoy nature. Definitely recommend. Only thing that would make it better is if the couches faced the huge windows so you could enjoy the outside view from inside 100% of the time!
