Definitely not excluded like it states in the description. You have neighbors on all sides of you. So if your are wanting to stay somewhere away from people, this is not it. I had the neighbors dogs showing up on the front porch. Pretty annoying when you are trying to relax and you have to find a random dogs owner.

Super ambient cabin and property had everything we need. It was like staying in a winter ambience video! We’ll definitely book again!

Great location for a ski trip to Brundage and Tamarack, located in the middle, 30 minute drive to each resort. Cabin was perfect for my needs.

I loved the mix of a cozy cabin feel with the open floor plan. I chose to sleep on in the loft bed just so that I could wake up to look out all the windows. If there was anything to complain about it would be that the kitchen was a little dated and not well organized, and the coffee machine needs replaced. Otherwise we all really enjoyed our stay.

First of all the place felt very clean. However, I think it could be best described as worn. The kitchen and bathrooms are very 80s. All of the furniture and pillows/blankets have stains and spots. So while seemingly clean, it was tough to get comfortable. Very cool spot though and it was a cool cabin. I have no real complaints. Oh except the dishwasher. That thing is a monster. You cannot run it and function in the house at the same time. Legitimately need ear protection if you’re in the kitchen while it runs.

This was a great place for our family of 5. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the books. Our teenagers loved the TV options, and my mother-in-law loved sitting on the deck. My only suggestion is to check the washer: it didn't seem to clean the clothes very well.

It's winter, 13 degrees outside, the lower floor in this place never gets warm, got a foot & a half of snow, called owners, were told that we are only responsible for ensuring the driveway is cleared on your arrival, past that, you can use the shovel. 18 inches of snow, 70 foot long driveway...staircase that goes to only heated bedroom is STEEP & long, you hold onto whatever you can going up & down. Take extra toilet paper, as they allow (2) rolls for a week, take soap for the dishwashing machine (because there are none on site), also keep in mind that the management would like you to start a load of laundry, do the dishes, etc, before you leave. The cabin itself was decent but COLD, interaction w management was not friendly, we asked that the driveway be maintained, and were told to shovel it ourselves. When they decided to have someone else shovel it, they didn't let us know, so we were in the process of trying to find someone to plow the driveway. (For an additional $150-250.00). So I'm working to find someone to plow their driveway while I'm on vacation?

Our family enjoyed the property and neighborhood. Walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable with the wildlife and friendly dogs. Very quiet and peaceful.
