Stayed Dec 12, 2025House was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, etc. . The location was beautiful and close to amenities. Hot tub was plenty hot and very clean. Host was very communicative and explained everything very well. It provided us a weekend of memories and some great family time.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025The house is nestled in the hills of Woodland Park. It's beautiful in this area! The home also has several upgrades: windows and a large island in kitchen with plenty of storage space. It also has a large dining table with plenty of natural sunlight. Further, while the bedrooms on the second and third level were decent, the one on the lower lever needs attention. The carpet is very old with numerous stains. There's also a stench in the lower level bedroom that was hard to ignore. You could also tell someone sprayed lots of air freshener to mask the smell. Needless to say, that made it even worse. Outside, there's a beautiful patio with fire pit, grill and seating area.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Wonderful vacation. We were concerned that there wasn’t air conditioning; but, as owner told us, it was not a problem. Always cooled off plenty in the evening. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and very quiet and private. Only issue we had was with windows not working properly, but they were being replaced week after we left.
