TOTAL PRIVACY & SECLUDED ❤ Romantic Cabin ❤ Near Cades Cove with Hot Tub!

I have felt so at ease here. Not afraid to be by myself. I have driven all over and it has been so beautifully and peaceful. I did get to Gatlinburg for a day and i prefer the quiet. The hot tub was very nice. Only used it once. Wish there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Everything else was perfect and i hope to be back maybe next year

This place is a place i would love to come back and stay. A stay cation.. The people are so very nice. Good southern hospitality. Loved this place.

The quiet, seclusion while still close to town was awesome! The place is beautiful, and the hosts are so hospitable! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Head to Cade's Cove for a scenic ride. The Foothill's Parkway is a stone's throw away!

This secluded cabin was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The hot tub and cabin were clean, and the host were fast to reply to any questions we had.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and smelled clean too! Very secluded and peaceful! Nice hot shower and hot tub! Only reason we're giving 4 stars is the extremely hard mattress. Both my and my wife's back were in pain as a result and we could not get a decent nights sleep. One of the survey questions asked about our winery experience. We had no winery experience and were not aware of any with this booking. Thank you

We LOVED our stay at the Lady Slipper. The cabin is so clean, comfy and peaceful. We loved the seclusion but yet if we wanted to go into town, it was an easy trip. The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of each day and the star view from the hot tub was AMAZING. We also saw a bear on the property while there which was awesome!The cabin was so sweetly decorated and Lisa had even cutely decorated it for fall. There was everything you would want to use in the kitchen and plenty of towels were available for our time there. I suffer from allergic asthma and traveled all the way from Springfield MO with my air purifier to find that there was an even nicer one in the cabin!! Such a nice asset!Townsend is the most charming little town and it made for a perfect vacation for my husband and I. We found plenty to do and mostly drove through Caves Codes several times which was awesome even when we saw zero bears! Hopefully we can come back to the Smokies sometime again! It’s definitely a little taste of heaven in our books!

This cabin was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for—a quiet, secluded retreat tucked away in the woods of Townsend. From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace. The cabin was the perfect size for just the two of us, cozy but not cramped, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was spotless, well-stocked, and you can tell the owners take great care of it.What really stood out to us was how private and peaceful it was. We didn’t hear a thing except the sounds of nature, which was exactly what we needed. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They made us feel right at home.We left feeling rested and grateful for the time we spent there. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again.

Great cabin! Very private and secluded. A lot of wildlife!

I would like to say the stay was restful and relaxing, but my wife and I were out sightseeing quite a bit! The cabin was very secluded and, seriously, very relaxing. While we did not see and bears, we did see 2 deer. Overall, I certainly would recommend this location! It sure beats the hustle and bustle of the more touristy area nearby!

This was the perfect cabin for a quiet and private getaway. No other cabin in sight. Interior and exterior were very clean. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to all the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

A very quite peaceful stay in the smokies

Cabin was very clean. Just right for a couple looking to get away. Great porch to sit on. Cabin is nice and secluded but also convenient to restaurants and smokies park. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful visit here. Property was totally secluded and super clean. No one bothered us and we were able to relax. Saw a bear right outside, which was super cool. The town is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect.

Cabin is as described and pictured. As others have mentioned, the refrigerator is a bit noisy and the mattress is very firm.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

The cabin was great! It’s a little further out than we’ve ever stayed in Townsend. Very clean and well appointed.

My husband and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary at the cozy little cabin. There’s not much to do close by, we went to Pigeon Forge several times. Although, it’s close to Cades Cove and we enjoy going there.

This was a gorgeous secluded cabin, that had its own private driveway.If you love the woods, privacy and nature, you'll like it here.It was a great place to unplug from everything and get alone with the Lord.I Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’ve been enjoying our stays at Tipton Cabins for years. Love that this cabin is secluded, clean, comfy, and surrounded by nature. Had all we needed for the kitchen. Plenty of linens for bathroom, bedroom & snuggling in the living room. Easy to drive to Cades Cove, Dollywood and many other areas. This year we enjoyed celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary at the cabin. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for vacation to hike and see Cades Cove. We had an awesome time and coming back to this cozy cabin every evening was super nice! The Tiptons do a very good job of making you feel at home with all the Christmas Decor for the season as well. Loved the place!

It was a wonderful weekend. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the property. Our host was very easy to work with and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway, very secluded in the woods but with a great security system to keep the bears from getting too close. The only downside is that it's a bit of a drive to get into Gatlinburg or pigeon forge, unless you enjoy long winding drives through the mountains. Overall we loved the cabin and will stay here again next time we visit Tennessee.

We had a great time. We enjoyed horseback riding at Davy Crockett Stables and a trips into Cades Cove. The cabin was perfect with everything we needed and we can't wait to visit again soon!

This cabin is perfect if you want away from it all. It was the size ideal for my husband and me. We brought a large trailer with us, and it took some maneuvering to get it situated, but once we did, all was good. Some of the reviews for this cabin seem harsh against the rules that were implemented; but it all honesty, they are rules that shouldn't have to be brought to a renter's attention. Bottom line: it's someone else's property. If you don't intend to treat it as well or better than your own, don't rent. This cabin was well cared for, and there's nothing wrong with an owner wanting it to be maintained during a renter's stay. Thanks to Chuck and Lisa for their help to make our stay a great one!
