Wonderful property right on the river. House was very clean and comfortable for humans and pets. Large fenced yard for our dog to roam. Neighborhood is full of deer and we enjoyed seeing them in the morning and evening. Had a problem with the a/c and management sent technician out to fix issue within an hour. Highly recommend this property.

Fenced in yard with gate was fun for our dog. The setting is very quiet, we saw deer each morning out by the road. The house was very pleasant. The screened in back porch was great to have a cup of coffee and watch the water.

The communication from AnaLuisa was amazing and she was very helpful throughout our stay. The grill was not operational and they brought a brand new grill for our use. The hot tub was clean and had a nice view of the river. The dock was easy to get to and was great to fish in the Tocca River. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, etc.. Once recommendation is to bring extra toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, paper towels as there was only one roll per bathroom or kitchen for a 3 night stay. One reason I took off points for cleanliness is the guest bedroom upstairs comforter upon check-in had dried blood splattered on it. The management company stopped by and fixed it right away but large oversight from housekeeping. Overall it was a great location and the management company was very responsive to calls or texts.

I have lost count of the many vacations we have enjoyed here over the last 12+ years. There's always little updates done to the cabin and the waterfront is spectacular! There's space for the entire family to gather together and lots of space for everyone to enjoy their own quiet time. We floated the river many times and even went all the way to Horseshoe Bend Park. Beautiful day on the river, felt like heaven! Can't wait to enjoy another vacation soon and always appreciate the extra effort that AnaLuisa provides. The little extra welcome basket always makes me smile.

Spacious and relaxing place to stay. Great view of the river and nice place to bring a dog. Ana is accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Great location directly on the river! Great location to many wonderful places in the area, like downtown Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge Railroad, Helen, Brasstown Bald, Murphy, vineyards and hiking. We hiked the miles and miles of roads behind the Toccoa Fish Trap. The Property Manager, Ana, was fabulously responsive to our questions/concerns. Enjoy!

Located on the Toccoa River you can fish or watch people canoe down the river. The house is fully equip and our first choice for a mountain retreat.
