Stayed Jun 18, 2025Loved the scenery, huge porch with swing, hot-tub, porch heaters, decor, and arcade room. Plenty of room for our group of 6. We rented a utv just down the road and had fun driving around the area. Hour and a half from Zion and hour from Bryce Canyon. Mattresses were not very comfortable and driveway was not easy to get up with our van. Need 4 wheel drive vehicle pretty much anywhere back there but would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.
