Important Pool & Hot Tub Information – Please Read Carefully

We’re proud to share our peaceful and charming property with guests and are glad so many enjoy the Treehouse and its amenities. However, we’d like to clarify that this is a private, family-owned property, and your reservation includes the Treehouse only, not exclusive access to the entire property.

The pool and hot tub are shared amenities with our guests, and our family does reside on-site. Like any shared home, we also enjoy time outdoors—cooking, swimming, and spending time with loved ones. Guests may occasionally see or hear us in shared areas such as the pool, patio, or yard.

If complete privacy is your top priority—especially Pool, Hot Tub or outdoors—we kindly recommend booking a full-home rental, which this listing is not. We always strive to give our guests space and a warm welcome, and we’re transparent about the shared nature of the amenities to avoid misunderstandings.

Thank you for helping us keep expectations clear for future guests who will love the experience we work hard to offer. For any questions that may not be cleared up here, please feel free to send a message to your host.
Thank you for considering or booking with us. We look forward to hosting you!

The Treehouse and hostess were awesome. Property is tucked in to trees on a hillside making for a quiet, comfortable, secluded getaway. A couple of things to note…there is no wifi at the Treehouse so unless you use your personal hotspot on your phone, the TVs are useless. There is also only one 6” mirror - could use another mirror upstairs. Bed is very comfortable and you park 6 feet from the door. Steps to the upstairs are very steep and won’t work for those with mobility issues.

The Treehouse is really cozy, and the area is pretty quiet. It is certainly a unique place to enjoy a winter storm, and the property is secluded for the most part. The hostess is great, and the place was clean and comfortable. The directions to get there on a GPS can get a bit wonky, but just keep driving down the driveway, you'll get there. Also, the wifi is a bit spotty, FYI. We had a great time here and would recommend it. It's great for two people, threes a crowd.

The tree house is a very well appropriated property. I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults. Like a tree house it does sway when adults (don't know about children) walk about upstairs. There is a very bright spotlight that shines into the treehouse at night, closing the blinds does not help, just so you know if not used to city lights. There is very little lighting at night to get to the pool/hot tub. Other lighting may exist; I did not inquire. We could not find any kind of timer to activate jets in the hot tub. Again I did not inquire, these are just observations. If I had a longer stay I would have inquired. Many guests commented on how nice the tree house smelled. It certainly smelled nice. There were little sashes filled with beads which made it smell nice, it was a bit overwhelming for me but I have really bad allergies.Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I came to stay at the treehouse when visiting my family and truly enjoyed it. I awoke the first morning to a family of deer right outside my window. The views at night were extremely tranquil and beautiful. I also got a chance to relax in the hot tub

The Treehouse was beautiful! It just right for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was quiet and secluded. In less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle or the city, you'll have a quiet little oasis just for yourselves. I would 100% recommend this place. We will definitely be coming back whenever we visit Salem.

We booked this property because it provided a hub for exploring. They were easily able to make day trips to Eugene and Hayward Field, the coast, as well as Multnomah Falls and Mt Hood. Property was very clean and well maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the chips and salsa waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this property.
