Absolutely perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting Red River Gorge! My girlfriend and I are from Tennessee and we booked the Sit and Stay for 4 nights for my birthday. The majority of our trip was spent hiking during the day and hanging out at the cabin in the evenings. It was PERFECT! Easy check in with one tiny hiccup that’s only worth mentioning because it shows how great the management team is. The code we were sent for the door did not work. We called, left a message and immediately got a call back. I can’t remember the guys name but he was so nice and gave us the correct code in under a minute. It was such a cute cabin, private and very spacious. We had way more than enough room for just the two of us. We didn’t even use the two lofts. The bed was comfortable, tons of blankets and pillows around the bedroom and on the couch. Short ceilings, in bedroom and bathroom, but that’s to be expected with the two lofts above them. We are both under 5’7” so it didn’t bother us. The only complaint my girlfriend had: there was not a full length mirror. Which isn’t even a big deal. lol. Everything was clean, it smelled nice, and the kitchen was furnished with almost anything you could need for cooking quick meals. Front porch was perfect for watching the deer graze in the evenings across the street. The back porch is a great hangout spot with a hot tub. It’s so close to great food spots, touristy attractions and some great trails. We will definitely stay here again! Loved it

This little cabin was a great little stay for a week while we hiked Daniel Boone, Red River Gorge, and Cumberland Falls. Its easy to find, has cell service and wifi on site, and the communi cation with the property managrment company is good. We had a issue resolved within a few hours of notifacation. There were several awful storms in the area and they keep you up to date on weather in the area. The lofts were plenty large enough and did not seem cramped for a family of four. PROS: 1. Location to many great restaurants, trailheads, grocery stores, and other places. 2. The hottub, fire pit, and room for four is great. 3. The games and extra blankets are very nice. CONS: 1. There is a need to replace the sofa as itbis clearly broken in the center and has been mentioned in multiple posts. 2. The property has large trash items scattered in the wooded areas. 3. The housekeeping needs to ensure they are doing a final run through as we were missing pillow cases on pillows, had a used bandside on the floor, and there was only dishes for theree when we had four staying.

The place was all we needed except for the fact that the dryer was not drying our clothes after an afternoon of UTV’ing and getting muddy in Red River Gorge. After contacting the host, I was instructed to check the filter to make sure it wasn’t clogged. I found 26 cents and a battery but still didn’t dry our clothes after removing them. Thank goodness there were hangers because we had clothes hanging all over in the hopes that they would dry by the time we left the next morning. The beds were comfortable. I let my hubby have the queen bed and I took the loft bed over the kitchen. We would stay here again.

Just passing through for the night. Not a bad little cabin, follow the host Geo point and you'll be fine. Six people would be quite cramped. Perfect for 2-3 people. Although we did not use it, the fire pit up the hill is a nice feature. Pros: Centrally located near the area attractions. Good local places to eat. Be aware though, they close early and not all restaurants are open every day. Cons: The cabin was clean. However the shower area needs to be recalked desperately. The weeds growing through the porch don't give a very welcoming atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was perfect after hiking all day. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient. Kitchen was cute, loved the vintage looking refrigerator. We didn’t use the two upstairs lofts. Checked them out and kids would love them.

Small place. Cramped sleeping quarters. Otherwise spacious enough. Thought the floor was a bit dirty. Adventures in Red River Gorge are spread out although this place is centrally located. Thought communication with the host was rude and short. Must have double booked because a couple showed up in the middle of the night trying to get in cabin! No apology from host

The stay was good but could have been better. Best thing about the place is its location to do things. Sleeps 6 but does not have enough plates, cups to accommodate that many. The silver ware is lacking step up from plastic. The metal coffee cups were dilapidated and missing on the inside there was rust. Bees are a huge issue inside and out. Someone needs to take care of the hives. Bees going into the electric box for hot tub. The area above door needs to have wood so you don’t see the insulation. Lots of bugs on the window sills. The paddle fan/light is either on or off no speed control. If it is off you have no other lights to offer. The water in shower is not great, no much pressure to rinse hair and hard to find a happy place to keep it warm on the dial. Could have a light over the sink. The trash can top is broken. Trash outside was full. Had to jump in it to get what we could in it the rest we left next to it. Pizza pan doesn’t not fit in over. The sheet pan goes in one way but to long so the oven door does not close.

The cabin is perfect. It is cozy and clean. It has everything you need for a night or a week in the Red. Our experience with customer service at check in was less than desirable, but they fixed it and our stay was great.

My fiance and I decided to stay for a weekend (kind of spur of the moment 4 our Xmas gifts & anniversary) and we couldn't have asked for a better place!! The location was super close to everything and the property itself was everything it was supposed to be plus more. While there was only two of us this trip...there was also two lofts with queen size futon mattresses on the floor (very thick and comfy) so if you had the kiddos it would be perfect as well..but it was just as great for only a couple. The lofts are open so if staying with multiple couples be aware that sound privacy wouldn't be exceptional... But for the cause it would be well worth it for some. I really don't have any complaints or criticisms at all!!🙂If I had to give a recommendation the only thing I would mention is the fact that there were ALOT of ladybugs (both alive and dead) However, it's that time of the year and in no way shape or form did that change our perspective of this cute, quaint and quiet little getaway place. A huge plus was the fact that the hot tub was right outside the back door...so for our stay in December with it being cold it was amazing... Would recommend this for anybody! The communication and the check in/out process was super convenient and easy. Highly recommended!! And would happily stay again! 😊🌲⛰️🥾🫶♥️
