Our house was not available due to maintenance issues that arose on my travel day. They did a good job offering us an upgrade, which we took. But that house, although a stellar view and location, had amenities that did not properly function.

We had a great stay! Beautiful cabin and the porch is amazing. We really enjoyed the fireplace, living area and jacuzzi. I will say that the kitchen is not great. I would strongly advise people with larger parties to bring paper products because there is no dishwasher and we spent a lot of time doing the dishes. The oven is an absolute disaster and not user friendly. Took us over 3 hours to reheat a lasagna so I would not rely on home cooked meals. There was not a single seasoning in the kitchen- not even salt or pepper so make sure to bring that if you plan on eating in. Lastly, it should be noted that the third bedroom is in the garage and separate from the other bedroom which was a little odd. Overall we had a great time and the cabin was very clean and beautifully kept. Great for game nights and enjoying the outdoors!

Lights did not work in the dining room but the tech fixed.2. Water heater did not work so we had only cold water for our stay. The tech tried to fix but he said a plumber is needed. We are happy to only had three nights with cold water. Also this affected the hot tub, no hot water to tub so we could not use it.3. In my opinion, the downstairs bedroom smelled and I would not want to have anyone stay in that room.4. The dog ramp needs fixing, warped and weak. Not too safe.We are waiting for a decision about compensation for the cold water problem.This is our third rental home through Spirit Vacation homes and we had issues with last year's vacation home. We will probably use another agency in the future and hopefully this will resolve problems. We are homeowners and realize things do break but it would be wise to have a crew go through the rentals and make sure everything is working especially we pay a premium price for rentals.

This beautiful home was the right place for our group of 6 sisters to laugh and reminisce. We moved away from our home town of Yucaipa 50 years ago and were back for a fabulous trip down memory lane. Loved the deck with room for all of us, hiking nearby and the shops, brewery and restaurants in Idyllwild were perfect for us.

The house is amazing! The rental company, could use some work. The hot tub wasn’t checked and wasn’t working. All outdoor areas were full of cobwebs. Found a dead bird in a fountain. Attention to detail by the property manager would have helped.

Beautifully appointed living areas with nice kitchen and large professional gas oven. Views, views, views from the large wrap around deck looking out to the long range mountains. We loved the myriad of beautiful birds!: Cheeky Stellar jays, orioles, nuthatches, chickadees, and beautiful acorn woodpeckers. Large, very clean, smoker/BBQ grill! A bonus was the ramp off deck for the dog to run down into fenced-in area. We anticipated going into town, but loved staying at the house! Management team and host were all very professional, courteous, and prompt!! Outstanding!

The house was immaculate, very comfortable, and had everything we needed or possibly could’ve needed. I would definitely rent this house again
