Lovely property, very clean with plenty of room inside for privacy or family time. Door access code didn't work but a call to the rental office resulted in a new code. Also, the washing machine door locked after a load but after 3 different maintenance man visits, it was fixed! Only two issues total but the agency quickly attended to them. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, I am really confused by the frequency of reviews with 10/10. House is really dated. Furniture, linens, paint, cookware all very old. Definitely needs updating. Also, if you need more that one roll of TP per bathroom or any laundry detergent - bring your own. View is nice. Good location if you want to be close to dog park, pickleball, etc. Fenced yard was convenient, but it would be nice if it was not just all weeds. Check in / check out easy.

Second time to stay here and totally enjoy the property.

Wonderful place! And very responsive property management. We had an issue with the washing machine and a shower not draining and they came out immediately and fixed it. Nice set up for our group of 7. Comfy beds, great deck. The kitchen could be better equipped but other than that it was just about perfect. We would definitely come back and stay here!

The accommodations were accurately represented. The three bedrooms and 3 baths fit our needs.Conveniently located. Easy to book and good communication. Saw elk, wild horses and a big cat of some type. Loved it!

We honestly had a BLAST! The entire house was BEAUTIFUL! The hot tub was amazing, and honestly loved the location of the hot tub, very private! The hosts were absolutely amazing and helped with every little thing we needed! We even forgot something and they were so kind to get it together and ship it back to us, 8 hours away. Will definitely be checking out Ruidoso Vacation Rentals again, 5/5, no notes

Views of mountains are the best, walking trails and park on your doorstep ! Very quiet as only four houses on the street so the deer can roam freely.Great house to top it all off!

This property is amazing. The views are unreal. We saw deer and elk in the yard every day. The house is a bit dated but still really great. The cookware could use a refresh. The sinks were slow to drain but that is all the negative I have.We will stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Great deck and fireplace. Elk (?) in the yard quite a bit which was so fun. Neat walking path near the house. The only downside was that we messaged the manager twice before arriving and never got a response.

The views from the porch are amazing!

The house was way better than expected!!! We only stayed 2 nights as we were passing through ruidoso on our fall break road trip but Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely be back!! The house was so clean, had everything we needed plus more. My kids loved the downstairs bonus room with the pool table and the hot tub was a wonderful way to end our last evening there. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!!

Stunning views, awesome location! The house was mostly clean. A few things that need updating/fixing a small hole in the wall, a couple of tiles falling off (not ideal as we had a baby and toddler crawling and walking around) blinds not working and batteries not working. The fridge was also a little stinky. Overall these things didn’t really affect our stay and we are 100% looking to book again in the future!

We loved this property! The morning view was beautiful of the mountains, it was close to all you wanted to do. In the evenings you could hear the live music from the deck. We will be back!
