The modern moab cabin

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. The only downside was that the washing machine wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

The cabin is nice, very clean. The bedrooms are a bit difficult, as one bedroom is more like a closet with bunkbeds and the other 2 are connected with a barn door. Leaves very little privacy. The check in process was not idea. I didn't hear anything, so at about 11am I messaged through the VRBO app saying I was headed from Orange County to the cabin. They very quickly replied that check in is at 3pm, no instructions. I then got to the cabin at 3pm to have to call and message them to get the instructions. The home is not located in Boulder Bay. They should change the listing. It is located across and down a couple of streets. This was disappointing as we were meeting friends specifically in that community and were hoping to be within walking distance. We had to watch a YouTube video to see how to use the jacuzzi as it was on a certain mode that did not allow it to heat. The home also lacked a few different essentials like paper towels, there was only less than half of one role, no dish towels and a few other items. We found ourselves headed to the store a few times.

Everything was good, the coffee maker was broken, leaking from the bottom, did'nt work, and there was a smell , the whole qeekend we could'nt find where it was coming from, the place was really nice, but the smell we couldn't get rid of, not sure if there was something dead under the house , not sure.
