Stayed Nov 21, 2025The Hideout is perfectly secluded within the Texas terrain. Pulled in and Christmas lights lined the driveway and trees, warm and inviting. Cabin and the host were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We enjoyed the property and took several walks on the little trails. There’s also a handful of seating areas to rest and soak in the landscape. We spent lots of time on the front porch enjoying coffee. We will be back!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This was the perfect weekend date for my husband and I. You feel like you’re on more than 7 acres. Great little trail that is beautiful! Horseshoe pit. Cabin is cozy and clean. Definitely would come again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Great location, cute decor and has everything you need for a good price. There is a walking trail and it is fun to see the other places you could stay (vintage rv, tree house etc). The only small issue I had was that the AC unit turning off and on overnight is loud for light sleepers, but overall it is a great place and I would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023This place was just what the doctor ordered. Small, yet large enough for two. Quiet, tranquil and peaceful. Great place for a couple to reconnect. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for use. Definitely plan on staying here again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.
