perfect location, great price, cute tiny home. check in was easy but be aware that the grove the lookout etc. are all different neighborhood type areas of the tiny home grounds and that the grove- which is the cheapest of them I believe, does not come with a view. We looked at rocks. they lit the rocks up with colored lighting but was disappointed for sure. I still would definitely come back here. Also, it would be cool if they had EV charging.

Was so thankful that they allowed us to bring both of our Westies’s even though they have a one dog policy. They were super nice about it. Communication was quick beautiful tiny home a tiny home community was gorgeous. Very well cap the Lookout deck has the most beautiful picture of the mountains? We really really really enjoyed it.

We Absolutely loved our stay! Cabin was clean and had everything we needed! And it was so close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and The Beautiful Smoky Mountains! We will definitely be back!

The tiny cottage was great. Even my husband said this is cute as a button. Very clean had every thing we needed. And was convenient to everything. Will definitely be back!

W had a great stay, and was exactly what we needed for our visit. The only thing that we would have liked was more consistency on the portal and text we received after we had left the property to complete our check out list. It would have been good to get that text prior to check out. We did leave our trash by the door on the deck, instead of inside the door. I don’t believe I read that wrong, but there were also several people leaving it at the end of their drive, so I believe there is general confusion there.

Excellent common areas in this little resort. Tiny house was clean and well maintained.

The air conditioning was perfect. We did not travel with a pet and I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the space.

Was a great place to stay! 10 min drive to get to the island. Check in was easy from the host. Texted multiple info texts to keep you update for what’s around the area. Will book again!

Clean and cute. The whole property is well maintained and attractive. It is in a somewhat peaceful location out away from tourist traffic. A bit pricey, but still enjoyable.

Never been to gatlinburg other than passing through. Stayed for only the weekend for a few activities. Sojourn was cozy quiet and as advertised. Would stay there again but it would have to be longer than just a weekend next time.!!

Mini split filter was super dirty. Shower took forever to heat back up after taking one shower. Bed was like a rock and we did not sleep more than 4 hours each night.

We had a great stay here. Wonderful communication from host.

The Perfect Vacation “Tiny Cabin” in the PERFECT location!

Cozy and cute. The fan needed dusting and the mirror on the back of the bathroom door was dirty. Other than that it was great. Well stocked with what you need. The toilet paper was cheap and rough, I’ll bring my own next time.

Great cabin for a 2 person memories building trip. It is perfectly located near all of the attractions and the bbq pulled pork from directly across the street is fantastic!

Super cute weekend getaway! It is in the most perfect spot, there is a backroad near by that takes you right into gatlinburg. It’s so cozy with the easiest check in & check out. I will absolutely be booking this location again! Would love to be snowed in here for the weekend.

Such an easy check in/out process. It was very clean and inviting. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time so we weren't able to make use of the outdoor activities such as the pickleball courts or the fire pit. Will definitely be back.

Great stay

Cozy clean tiny home with a relaxing outdoor environment on the property. Still under development but nicely done. Located close to town but also close to the highway. Overall it was a great stay.

We fell in love with our tiny house and enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and there are different entertainment areas laid out around the grounds. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property! The cabin was cozy and perfect for two people! We enjoyed the outdoor amenities too, the pickleball court especially! Oh and the view from the top of the hill common area! Breathtaking!

Cute tiny house, property still under construction yet nice - looks like it will be a wonderful venue once complete. It is a perfect place for a family reunion, party, or wedding. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place and the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend this place. It’s close to all the major attractions of Pigeon Forge and a quick drive to Gatlinburg. WiFi was a tad spotty at times but not a major issue. The cabin we stayed in was perfect and we cannot wait to come back! Check-in was smooth and easy. The grounds are very clean. Lots of fire pits around too. Nice n quiet too!

Very nice tiny home community. Few parts still under construction, and once finished, the property will be even better. My grandma passed away a few days before our scheduled stay, and they allowed us to change the reservation to accommodate, which was very kind. Only thing that my wife said would be a good addition to the units, would be a cutting board and wine glasses. We are pleased with the stay, and will definitely look to stay here again if we are back in the area for an event.

My fiancé and I stayed here to attend a wedding in Sevierville over the weekend. We couldn't recommend this stay more. The house was THE perfect size. The AC worked brilliantly, the loft was super fun to stay in, and the overall vibes were immaculate. The overlook had great views and seating. Sojourn is only a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg so to get to drive THROUGH the mountains was soooo much fun as first timers. We felt safe and welcomed as an interracial queer couple. Thank you Sojourn Lodging! We will be back very soon!!

First time staying in a tiny home. Place was cozy and neat. Really nice place. Communication was very good.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. These are advertised as tiny/cozy but don't let that fool you, it was just fine with all 4 of us! Very clean cabin and clean, well kept grounds with good parking. The customer service was amazing too. Texting to make sure all was well throughout our stay and even invited us for a bonfire and then pastries and coffee in the morning (sorry we didn't make it!) Highly recommend them. We didn't want to stay down on the busy strip but also didn't want to be 30 mins away. This is absolutely perfect with just a short 15-20 min drive for most activities. We will definitely be back!
