The Fairchild Haus | 30 Acres, Sauna, EV Charger

We loved it, the dogs loved it. It was beautiful and secluded. Just what we were looking for.

Our family loved the house! We enjoyed the massage chairs and the record player. The kids loved watching the koi fish and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! It was spacious, clean and had activities for everyone.

The home was clean, filled with light and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway!

Private, clean, responsive, upscale.

Host was great, communications were instant. We have stayed in 6 Hocking Hills homes and this was by far our most secluded and favorite spot yet. We will be back.

Excellent accommodations for our family of 6 with dog. All amenities matched up to the listing and fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend!

We loved the house and property, especially the seclusion! Everything was so nice!

Unique offerings like sauna, hot tub, HUGE dual head showers and comfy beds made for a wonderful weekend. The super cool coy pond added nighttime background sounds. Massage chairs were fun and floor to ceiling windows made us feel we were outdoors even when inside. Loved the modern fixtures and overall decor. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, I think there was no frying pan and a few lids with no pots, but there were many kitchen and bar tools making food prep great and drinks fun.

Only 2 suggestions to make it better. Pull out dead plants in the planters on the rear deck and the driveway was a little tricky with the washed out ruts. Other than that would stay again.

Beautiful home with all the accommodations!! Perfect location. We had a great stay and the host was very responsive! I miss the coi fish already!!

Very nice location and property. The eco-friendly dishwasher pod were understandably not the best option- we ended up handwashing dishes upon arrival. But this was not a big deal for us. Overall a great trip!!! Feels like you are up in a tree house, and my 9 year old loved the loft. So much fun & free massages to boot!

Everything! This place was perfect for a mom weekend getaway. Relaxation of all sorts, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The house was everything and more!

We are traditional cabin people, but wanted to try something newer/modern. The property is really nice! The deck is huge and gives the feeling of being in the trees.The only issues were... the hot tub at 84 degrees when we got there and it took a while to sort out the error to get it running. Having to go out in the freezing cold numerous times, on the frozen deck wasn't something I'd expect for the amount that we paid. Our contact did respond right away and tried to help. I eventually searched the web and sorted out the error myself. Unfortunately it took several hours for it to warm up - but we were able to get in eventually. The hot tub is nice!We were really looking forward to using the sauna after the hot tub - but that also had an error and would not work. I sent another text to our contact and were told they would need to send someone in the morning - but weren't sure if it would heat up in time prior to checking out (ugh). At that point, I was done with being out in the cold and didn't bother checking the web for any help. However, in the morning I did some searching and was able to clear the error code and got the sauna running. I think it would be great if they could provide a list of error codes and how to clear them.The DVD player was missing - which was odd.I feel like the place was still pretty new - so probably just some things to figure out still. Our contact was very responsive - and even followed up after we checked out. We would go back!

The property was breathtaking! Beautiful home. Super responsive owner, management company, and very kind housecleaner. They plowed the drive quickly the next day after snow. The drive is steep and curvy- recommend all-wheel drive in the snow. The description says sleeps 6-8 people but would only recommend 6 people due to limited seating space in kitchen and family room. Small kitchen with not much counterspace. Bathrooms were magnificent but there were only 2 of them so be prepared to share if you have more than two couples. The massage chairs were fun! Sauna was really fabulous! Would recommend!

You can't ask for a better location, just 5 minutes from great hiking, and very private. The host was extremely responsive, and they even did a great job snow plowing a steep driveway to allow us easy access. The house is unique in its modern design, and had all of the accomodations and more to have a great time. Everything was clean and I would highly recommend this house to any who are looking for a trip to Hocking Hills.

How peaceful an beautiful it was!

We renewed our wedding vows and drove here from Virginia. Once we entered the house, it felt so welcoming walking in to see the fishpond, the two massage chairs, and the Fairchild Haus sign on the wall. We were also pleasantly surprised with the size of the shower with the jetted tub on the lower floor. We were just amazed every day we were there. I even took notice to how well kept the grass was on each side of the grave road coming up the hill. This was a beautiful and well-built home.

We loved the firepit, the hot tub and the showers were amazing!! We also loved how close the house was to the hiking trails.

The Fairchild Haus is a beautiful modern estate home nestled on a 30-acre secluded wooded lot. Loved the updated indoor amenities, including fish ponds, outdoor infrared sauna, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, including gas and charcoal grills! Spectacular forest view during the day and night from the upper deck!

There was so much relaxation possible throughout the space! From the massage chairs, to watching the koi fish, to sitting by the fire outside, every minute was made for us to enjoy our time together.

Everything! The shower, the fully equipped kitchen, the koi, hot tub, beautiful lights and location!

The house was beautiful and the owners were attentive, responding to our requests in timely manner. We would definitely come back!
