The house was decent overall, but there were a few issues. In the downstairs area, a window was broken and all of the pool sticks were damaged, which was disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated and gave the home an older vibe than expected. The highlight of the stay was definitely the treehouse. Easily the coolest and most unique part of the property.Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work for our entire stay. To their credit, the hosts were responsive when we reached out about it.Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it’s not somewhere I would choose to stay again

The cabin was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway. It is filled with windows to see the awesome scenery. This cabin has everything you need for making family memories!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 4 year old thought the tree house was way too cool. The other 3 girls loved the hot tub. We all enjoyed making smores around the outdoor fire pit.

Beds were not as comfortable, window crack, spider webs throughout the house, dust ,water leaking around faucet.

Hot tub would not hold the heat. The jets or the lights in the hot tub didn’t work.The furniture was very uncomfortable, especially for senior citizens. The mattresses need replaced.There was no place the eight adults could sit together & chat. The outlet between the stove & refrigerator didn’t work. But we did ok without it. There is mold surrounding the shower in the shared bathroom downstairs. The blinds need attention, many of them are broken. The area is great with many things to do. Beautiful scenery.

Beautiful location and awesome family getaway!

Had13 adults and 1 child of 16 months, adults ranging from 18 to 71, and all enjoyed the property, location and amenities!- be warned the WiFi does not extend beyond the house and cell coverage is scetchy due to the beautiful mountain location.

We stayed April 25–27, 2025, and unfortunately, the property did not meet expectations. The main cabin’s A/C was broken the entire stay. I reported it Friday evening and was told a technician might be available the next day. By Saturday afternoon, the unit was confirmed to be broken and needing a part that wasn’t available. Indoor temperatures climbed from 76F to 82F, making it very uncomfortable for a large group trying to get ready for a wedding. Portable A/C units eventually arrived, but when we found them, they were plugged into the same circuit, causing a fuse to blow and knocking out some lights. We never received a follow-up or a fix for this. Most windows lacked screens, so opening them for ventilation wasn’t an option without letting in pollen and bugs. The only comfortable space was the detached “treehouse” unit with a separate wall A/C. One nice part about the property was the view and outdoor spaces. It was cooler and more enjoyable outside in GA spring temperatures than it was inside the cabin. Although a partial refund was mentioned, it was later withdrawn. Past reviews have mentioned A/C issues at this property, so it was disappointing that there wasn’t a backup plan in place. We paid a premium rate for the weekend, and basic comforts like climate control and cleanliness should have been guaranteed, or the listing should have clearly stated that the property only has partial A/C. This was not the experience we were expecting.

A group of 12 family members celebrating Three Kings Day. We had a blast! The cabin is spacious and has beautiful views. The only draw back was the dust and cob webs if it weren't for that I would give a higher rating. Very comfortable

The cabin was spacious and well stocked. Comfortable beds and lots of seating spaces for a large family. The owners were very communicative and we had a relaxing stay. They were flexible around the snow storm and willingly backed up our stay for a day when we asked. Very close to Blue Ridge. The road up definitely needed a 4x4 with the snow, but might need one even without the snow.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as before. Everything was clean and the owners were very responsive. Beautiful views and lots to do nearby. Can’t wait to return!

This was a nice house for our family Thanksgiving. The house was a bit dusty and could use some updating but we all had fun

We stayed there for two days. Clean nice specious cabin.

Was ok. But thought that the place needed to be updated or maintained better. WiFi didn’t work, some things were worn out.
