The Cottage at Cedar Hills | Poolside Escape

Outstanding property! We were late arriving due to the weather by communication and check in were smooth. We had no issues but owners still checked in on us by text once a day just to make sure everything was good. Wife and I were looking for a weekend to relax and this hit the spot. Pool is amazing, with a large deck area for families to have plenty of space and the lights make evening swims fun. The hot tub is huge and relaxing and the fire pit area is great to hang out and make smores. We didn’t really use the upstairs other than to take in a game of PacMan but we both agreed it’s the perfect area for kids! The location is perfect, you can easily get to town but are far enough out that you are secluded and not on dirt roads for days. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

BBQ Grill was not working properly only two burners worked, major issue trying to grill anything. Pool was not heated all the time. Very cold for most part of all the days we were there. I think it was on a timer, but we were staying there the entire time. Cabin was lovely, well cared for. The set up was nice and check in was easy. Great place for kids to stay. Loved the layout.

Loved the property and the location! The teenagers loved the pool, outdoor area, bunk room and the pickleball court! The adults loved it all, especially the fire pit. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great time. The pool and spa were amazing, the kids loved every minute of our time there. The house has everything you need to enjoy and great getaway. The house is gorgeous and the amenities top it off! I would definitely go back.

The property truly has everything you would need. Clean and cozy. Unfortunately, we had quite a few details that had to be fixed during our stay and had three days of repairmen and one day of pool cleaning. So, of our 7 days, more than half included outsiders. The attention to details is lacking. Indoor fireplace wasn’t working, no propane in the grill, two of the chairs needed repair, fridge set at very cold temperature ruined a good deal of our vegetables, the filter for the ice machine needed to be replaced, and they asked for chlorine to be added to the hot tub daily yet provided only 2 days worth. Worst of all, our little grand daughter was injured around the pool by falling into a deeeeep overspill hole because the cap was broken. Thank goodness my husband is a Dr and could manage her cuts. Would we stay again? Can’t say for sure. They were very attentive to our needs, but for the money, those things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

It’s a Beautiful Property, it just really needs more attention to cleaning. The back patio really needed toBe power washed too. The pool is so great to have.We had deer come to eat every day.

Had problem with booking pickle ball court. Took a couple of hours for response. Asked for 45 minute early check in and was told they were still cleaning. Went to property and no one was there. Sat outside. Place was dusty and windows needed to be cleaned.

The property was perfect for our party of 11 aged from 8months to 78! It was nice to animal watch and relax in the pool!

Our cabin was a home away from home! Very clean and everything we needed for our stay was there. I communicated with management several times before and during our stay and they replied back promptly!!! This cabin was truly the best! Highly recommend!

We had the best time in the pool. Bring your own firewood for the fire pit. And bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.

This was an amazing cabin!! My grandbabies loved the pool and the cabin was gorgeous! We will stay here again and again!

When we first arrived, our family noticed a strong odor of sewage outside due to the sewage spray being on. We called maintenance, who modified the timing of the sewage sprayer located adjacent to the children's swing set. Due to high winds, the sewage spray was blowing wastewater near the swing set and into the backyard. While it couldn't be shut off, the sprayer was changed to spray during night hours. While the cabin and backyard are beautiful, the strong odor tainted our vacation. We had unfortunate high winds and smelled sewage every single day of our trip.

This property is amazing, we loved the pool the most out of all the perks !! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home /cabin every thing was outstanding! The outdoor amenities were great for our 2 yr old grand twins & 7 yr old grandson the playground kept them occupied while their parents relaxed in the hot tub. Their uncle enjoy the patio furniture and TV to watch all the basketball games. We the grandparents enjoyed the indoors TV to watch our regular weekly shows.We mainly enjoyed our stay at the cabin even though cabin was in a great location.We anticipate another great stay in the future

This is a great place to stay. fairly secluded mostly paved. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Beds are very comfortable. Great hot tub. The pool is pretty we didn’t get in it. Just really nice getaway. The only thing I would say they need to do is put the front window shades on the two front windows for a little privacy by the road.

The Cottage was just the right size for our family of 10. We took advantage of literally every amenity during our Christmas stay. We could not have asked for a more perfect location to bury up with the family for the holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
