On arrival the cabin smelled horrible. It was from the water. We were told that it was only surfer built up in the line and to run the water for a while and it will be ok. That worked for the water after around 40min but the Oder in the room was bad for hours. The remote for the heater has dead batteries so we spent $9 to replace. Day 2, we went to Zion for the day and when we returned we had no running water. Were told the tank had run dry but it would be ok soon. At 8:50 pm we went to bed dirty as we had no water still. I texted the owner that we were leaving in the morning and not staying the 3rd night. I expect a refund for the 3rd night and should get one for the 2nd night as we had no water.

My wife and I loved it, close to the park, but remote, I loved being able to disconnect from the world no TV, no cell, and no outside distractions to interrupt my day.

The cabin is one of 12 or so located in a trailer park about a mile from the entrance of Zion NP. It was very clean and consisted of one room with a bathroom. A very small refrigerator, microwave and a way to make coffee (pour over) were provided. Each cabin has it's own parking spot. The bed is quite comfortable, the bathroom is relatively large and has good water pressure and hot water. The area provides very spotty reception so try to get the email with the entry code before getting there! Also, if getting there or leaving after dark have a flashlight with you. Bring food as there is little in the way of restaurants or stores nearby.

The cabins are perfectly situated in close vicinity to all trails. Quiet, and warm ( it was below freezing when we visited Zion). We strongly recommend! Thank you Taylor!

Very cute tiny cabin. Awesome view . Very friendly and helpful property manager. WiFi was very spotty, most days none at all.

Great place to stay if your visiting Zion! It is the closest accommodation to the east entrance of the park. It was the time of year where you need heat and air conditioning, both worked fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Besides a minor mix up on which cabin we were staying in, which resolved with the help of Taylor, the property was perfect. Taylor was very accommodating and the cabin was great for us and a way from the hustle of Springdale but provided easy access to the park.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s just outside the east entrance to Zion, extremely cozy and well kept. Would definitely stay again!
