Th River House- Riverfront cabin with hot tub, fire pit and gazebo

It was really beautiful property

Great place to relax. Hot tub and fire pit areas were easy to access. There’s a small beach area in the creek where the water pools which was perfect for our small kids. Flexible bedding situation was great for our multi-generational group. Between having very young children and medical issues, we all chose to stay in the main house (there’s a fold away bed in the main room), but the bunk beds in the smaller building were a nice option if we wanted to spread out. Kitchen and laundry were very well labeled and clean.Closet full of books and games in case you forgot anything. Big plus was the pull down shades on the windows and sliding glass doors which helped keep the living areas dark. Hosts were very communicative, even when we had a late night question that we did not expect a response back from so quickly. It was appreciated!

Lovely spot. Very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Close enough to town that it was still convenient.

The River House is located on a stunning piece of property. The view out to the river is gorgeous. Well equipped, comfortable house.

Cozy with incredible views!

You cannot go wrong staying here. Beautiful home and surrounding area! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly. I stayed during the winter as it's a 35 minute drive to White Pass, but a stay here any time of the year would be incredible! Thank you!

Great place to stay for large family. We were 11 people and we all slept comfortably. The house is well equipped with a nice view of the river. Just a short drive to White Pass for some lovely skiing. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great cabin, great location and great host.

This is the most beautiful house. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. We had the best family ski weekend. Huge thank you to Anastasia and Natalia for sharing their home.

Love the views and spacious rooms. A few sugestions: found chips in 1 bowl &1 tall glass; 5 of the spices were empty, trays under burners were very greasy, dirty & smoked; microwave plate doesn't turn; shower instructions in master were wrong; one leg on coffee table was held on by 2 screws at an angle. We bought screws and screw driver to repare it. Our toddler really enjoyed your children's books! Windows were dirty Gas fireplace only worked 2 of 6 nights.

Spectacular riverfront home. Well maintained and very comfortable. Sitting right above the river, listening to the running water and surrounded by mountains is as perfect a location as I can imagine. Heating and cooling system worked well. Mattresses were very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the river house! It was peaceful and beautiful. The hosts were always responsive. The house had everything we needed. We would absolutely visit again!

The photos taken of this river side view does not serve it justice. You will have to see the view in person. Everything regarding the stay was more than acceptable. I would recommend this stay to anyone whose going to visit this beautiful area.

Stay was great. Little tricky with the bunk house not having an attached bathroom but overall it worked out. Beautiful view. Cozy.

We did a family trip here, and skied a few days at White Pass. The first thing to say is that the view and sound of the river is AMAZING. The house is well-furnished and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. We used the 240V plug by the bunk house to charge our EV's and it worked great.Great communication with the hosts.Packwood has several restaurants and a couple small grocery stores, so if you need something it's not far away.White Pass is about a 35min drive away. We used this place as a base and drove to White Pass to ski. It worked out great.I would definitely recommend this property.
