Texas Trio | Large Deck Overlooking Large Yard!

The property itself is very nice. My guests and I enjoyed the hot tub and scenic views (we saw dear right outside the property!) Very close to downtown Ruidoso as well. My only issue is that, since you are booking with a large rental company, the communication was confusing. Nothing is done through Vrbo as I have previously experienced. You have to sign contracts via email, and they also contact you (quite often during your stay) through texts and calls. Also, they do not provide the basics as normal house rentals do (no shower necessities such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash, only one trash bag provided, etc.)

Good location. Nicely decorated for Christmas!! Had a great time.

The location of this house is PERFECT. My one complaint is that hand soap wasn’t provided, which felt kind of weird. Other than that, we loved it!

Place was roomy. Enough room for every member of the family. It was quiet and peaceful. Everyone enjoyed the stay. I would definitely book again .

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed including hot tub dnd fireplace. The soft, plush bedding was perfect for the cold, snowy nights. The fireplace didn’t work the first night but the rental company quickly solved the problem the next morning. It was our first visit to Ruidoso and couldn’t have been happier with our getaway. Literally everything we encountered in town was friendly and hospitable!

will stay here again. smoke alarm is VERY sensitive. Issue we had was the entry key code was changed and when I used it to open the door, it did not work, nor did the original. I called and Amy took care of this right away. Had problems opening the lock to the hot tub, and had no steps to get into the hot tub, which the pictures were deceiving. We will definitely stay here again. was odd that the washer and dryer were not inside the house.

Looked to be recently and very well updated. Everything we needed. Relaxing and quiet, especially for being in populated area.

The house appeared just as listed online. Very nice home and in a good neighborhood. House had all the cooking utensils needed. Hot tub worked great, except for the cover. There is an old hole in the top of the cover on one side that has over time allowed for rain water to saturate the foam inside. This led the lid being very heavy, almost unmanageable for one person. We recommend this property highly. We will be back.
