Cute little rustic cabin. Quiet location, hot tub in back yard, fireplace in front yard with plenty of seating & a tv. Inside is a full kitchen, fireplace in living room, queen size bed & full bathroom. Plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner is provided. I travel with my own cleaning supplies, but if you don't, they provide that too. Close to the cute Wimberley Square. Deer wander the property in the early morning 😊

A quiet place about a mile from Wimberly proper. If you like hiking, you can walk in to Wimberly although you will be walking along busy roads that are not designed for hikers along the side. Everything was clean and maintained. The blinds in the front room were not solid, so in the evening people could see inside. However, I don't think we saw any other people on the property. We did get two visits from deer and one by a fox. All-in-all, a much better choice than another chain hotel. You'll get a better feel of rural Texas here than choices closer to Austin.

Entire cabin was well equipped and given a longer stay we would have tapped into some of the amenities that went unused. Very clean and the climate control was solid. Shower pressure was a little weak, but everything else was excellent.

Worst shower of my life, I had an event and couldn’t wven wash my hair properly All checked out, I am super sensitive to chemical fragrances and it took me awhile to figure out where it was coming from so I had to lit those automates fragrance devices outside. Also, in the bedroom next to the bed is a pile of electronic things that made a terrible noise constantly and interrupted my sleep, also there were no plugs for my own devices next to the bed because they were all taken up. I'll send a photo other than that. The cabin was very nice

The stay was amazing! We did have some cleaning issues that the host did try to take care of when I let them know. Wish more things were provided since we did stay over several days like stuff to do laundry and be able to wash towels and better tools to clean dishes with since a dishwasher isn’t provided. The lighting outside is also very sparse so being outside at night was limited. Besides those small things our trip was so relaxing and peaceful a perfect honeymoon

The following happened during our stay. 1. The outside of fridge was filthy. I cleaned before putting our groceries in2. The bedroom ceiling fan made a loud sound. We had to turn it off to sleep3. Commode ran while not in use. Especially at night 4. The staff inactivated the door code on our last night and we couldn’t get in. I feared for our safety thinking another guest could come in. We had to call and get the key from the box. 5. We left prior to checkout (9:00 am) and we continued to receive calls, messages and emails asking us to checkout??? I spoke to Melissa and the cleaning staff reported another unit not ours??

This was a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is that the water was super hard, I guess, because the shampoo did not lather, and my hair never felt clean. The water pressure in the shower was rather low which might have also contributed to the hair washing issue.

Everything was very clean and well kept. From the listing, it’s seems that all the units are close to each other, and they are, but the my are staggered with natural fencing in between. Very private, nice getaway for a weekend. Looks like they are building a common area with an outdoor fireplace, we will definitely be returning in the winter to check it out.

We often come to Wimberley to visit family that lives nearby. This is our 3rd time to stay in one of the cabins here. It is a good location, adequately provisioned, and comfortable. We love sitting on the back patio with our morning coffee while listening to the birds.

Hubby and I love staying in Wimberley. We usualy stay in locations that are more secluded and further away from town. This trip we were just looking for a quick cost effective place to stay, that was closer to town. I wasnt ezpecting much but we LOVED this little cabin. There are about 5 other cabins on this property but we were the only guests here our whole.stay.it was quiet and just really cozy. We loved sitring on our front and back porchDeapite the other cabins being close by, the cabins are situated in such a way where they feel pretty private. Everything was very clean. For being a smaller cabin it felt huge inside. We had a perfect stay. We will definitlely stay again some time.

This was what I would summarize as a Goldilocks vacation location. The property and cabin were clean, and the area/location was just right. The property is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the square to feel quiet and secluded. It is also close enough to be accessible to all local attractions and stores. Everything about the cabin was well thought out. The washer and dryer were so helpful. The kitchen was stocked with clean dishes and utensils. Spend some time at the local HEB grocery store to get your favorite meals together, and spend the whole time in a comfortable cabin with your favorite person. Or, you can avoid the effort of cooking and prepping your dinner and eat at one of MANY different restaurants in this charming small Texas town (All of the local dining was excellent, by the way). The crowds in mid-April were manageable. It might get interesting during the summer, as it is close to several larger towns.

We stayed at a nice, quiet cabin on the edge of Wimberly. It was among a group of about half a dozen. Each cabin is a ways apart from the others. The cabin is located conveniently close to Wimberly, but far enough to have plenty of privacy. This made it a good launching point to check out the local sites, shopping, and wineries. Unfortunately there was an issue with the fireplace, but we did still have a pleasant stay.

I arrived very late on Thursday night/ Friday morning, and wanted nothing more than to get settled and go to bed. After many tries, the door lock would not work. I called the emergency line, and never received a call back. I had to spend my first night (after11 hours of flight's and layover's) at my friends rental on a hard couch. I did get in the next day, but I wanted to get in the the previous night as I was supposed to. I will say the place was clean and pleasant, I just wish the host would have been a bit more in tuned with the problem rather than the business side of the situation. Unfortunately, I will not use them in the future.

The check in process was super easy, house was ready when we arrived. We loved the decor, it was a spacious cabin. The stovetop, washing machine and shower need some attention, they weren't the cleanest. But the bedding was cozy, the house had everything we needed. I didn't realize when I booked that the check-out time was 10am which is too early in my opinion. Other than the areas that needed attention, it was quiet and was a good place to stay overnight during our long road trip.
