Stayed Jun 14, 2026If you stay here, make sure you book more than a couple nights. I mean it when I say two nights is not enough and will leave you wanting more. It’s beautiful and the host makes sure it’s very comfortable for you.

Stayed Apr 30, 2026We absolutely loved the Terrace! The thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the room was amazing. We arrived to find a personalized card and basket of goodies waiting for us. The hot tub was perfect and completely private, location is beautiful, and the patio is the cherry on top! We will absolutely be booking again in the future.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026We came to Eureka for a weekend birthday getaway. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the cabin was quiet for some much needed relaxation.Crystal and Ben were amazing hosts! I had some trouble accessing the key to the property(user error, not the fault of the property) and they were kind, helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay!

Stayed Apr 20, 2026I had an absolute blast on the Terrace! The property itself is clean, homey, and stocked with books, games, movies, dishware & cutlery. Had a great time utilizing the hot tub (also clean and works well) in addition to the community fire pit area and access to the dock! Would highly recommend hiking around Beaver Lake Dam on the Overlook Trails and visiting the restaurants on Van Buren. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts! Communication was clear and very thorough.

Stayed Mar 15, 2026Location was a bit of a surprise, farther out from Eureka Springs than we expected. Stairs to property were a challenge for us 70 yr olds, but we managed. Property was very nice. Spring weather didn't exactly cooperate but we still enjoyed our time. Host was easily contacted.
