Such a peaceful place to stay right outside the city. We enjoyed feeding the goats and pig. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s a beautiful property.

The cabin was cozy and the property beautiful despite the cold and disagreeable weather. The cabin had everything we needed to have a thoroughly enjoyable stay and the host was responsive and flexible. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor games that were provided. We hope to be back soon.

Very inviting and cozy cabin! Beautiful farmland! Adorable barn with animals! Fresh eggs and homemade jam to purchase! Comfortable furniture! They made such good use of the space that it never seemed small or crowded! Very clean!!! Creek and wide open field available- perfect for our dogs to run around in! Firepit with chairs was perfect to end the night with! Definitely would come back!

Everything was great, clean and well stocked

COZY & COMFY. When we arrived, we admired the design & decor of the cabin then checked out the creek. The picture book of the Tadpole Cabins construction told a respectable story. Later, we thoroughly enjoyed a cold night out by the fire pit; everything we needed in order to do so was there. The tempature inside was a little chilly, yet tolerable. The space heaters, extra blankets, & Ginger Lemon Tea were much appreciated. The bed & bedding were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!! Being a Disabled Air Force Veteran, comfortable sleep is valueable to me. I was impressed and did not want to leave.Unfortunately, we didn't have time to socialize with the animals on the farm or checkout the goodies in the barn. I also regret not drinking BOTH bottles of water, the one I had was very refreshing! We do plan to return (and stay longer).

Every detail of this cabin was so clearly though out to make it feel like it's been there forever while simultaneously being super clean and functional like a new build. The setting couldn't be more peaceful. The thick woods around the home make it feel like you are truly in the middle of nowhere. Exploring the property, especially the trek down to the river, added a sense of adventure for our family and we all had an amazing time.

The host was very receptive. They had thought of all the details to make it a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at Tadpole cabin, and won’t be our last. The kids love the cabin and spending time with the goats, chickens, and pig. Great location - very quiet and beautiful property, but not too far from local attractions. Highly recommend!

Perfect cozy little cabin felt like home away from home. The pictures don’t do it justice in person. It was very clean and had everything we could ask for and more. We were only gonna stay one night but we loved it so much we stayed another night. The owner was very nice with communication and was able to get us booked another night without any issues. The location was perfect and made our trip to Chattanooga TN the best. Everything was within reasonable driving distance as well. We will remember Tadpole cabin and if we ever travel out this way again we know where we will be staying. Highly recommend.

One of the best little cabins we have stayed in. We spent vacation in Chattanooga and everything was in driving distance. Very convenient. The pictures don’t do it justice in person. Perfect little cabin situated on a wooded ridge overlooking the farm. Everything was great and would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Chattanooga area.

We only stayed for one night so that we could continue on our cross country trip, but found ourselves wishing we could stay longer! We arrived late, but was pleasantly surprised by the well lit yard, ease of entry, and cold water waiting for us upon arrival. We spent some time outside before turning in and even though it was hot a muggy, no bugs! Highly recommend!

The Tadpole Cabin was truly delightful; however, I wish I could have stayed longer. It reminded me so much of something featured in Gun and Garden!

I never write reviews, but this cabin is so special. It was spotless on the inside. The pictures are accurate. There is a bed downstairs, and two twin beds in the loft. The loft is accessed by a ladder, which my kids thought was fun once they got used to it. There is a baby gate in the loft that we used to block the ladder at night in case a child got up and forgot where they were. There is a cute kitchen area with coffee and all the basics. Coffee creamer and cold water were even provided in the fridge, which I appreciated. We loved that we were free to explore the property. We loved seeing the chickens, and the kids loved running down the trail to the creek. There were fresh eggs to purchase at the barn. We spent half a day at Cloudland Canyon, which is close by, and we ate dinner at a pizza/ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. There's an alpaca farm on the same road that looked fun, but it was closed when we went by. I can't recommend the cabin enough. The host, Patrick, was quick to respond to texts. No one in my family wanted to leave!

My small family had the best time here- a true treasure! I wish we could have stayed longer.

was a bit afraid of the fact that the day got away from us and it was dark when we arrived....as we approached, the barn was lit up in festive welcome, and it was easy to find the cabin. so charming. my only regret is i couldn't stay longer....next time!!!

20 minutes outside of Chattanooga, it’s a perfect little hide away! Complete with a rain shower and record collection. Would recommend!

It was so nice staying here. So peaceful and relaxing and still only 15 minutes away from the city. We felt like we were in the middle of no where. The size was perfect and there are board games, outdoor games, a firepit, grill, you name it.

Cozy and comfy adorable cabin nestled in the woods. Perfect spot for a getaway weekend for us. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Owner has provided everything you'd need for a stay. Very easy to work with as well. Would definitely return.

Our time at the cottage was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and cozy and looked just like it was in the picture. The property manager's instructions were on point for the directions. The instructions on how everything in the cabin operates were provided. We love the fire pit, the Lookout Creek trail, the picnic area, and the farm animals. The property gives you that private intimate feel. We enjoyed it so much that we want to return for a longer stay.

Our stay at the Tadpole cabin was fantastic! We enjoyed interacting with the farm animals as well as hiking down to the creek. We had a wonderful fire in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. Patrick was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with.

Our stay here was a fun, cozy, precious time together as a family. We enjoyed the views, property, animals, and cabin immensely.

Me and my wife loved the little cabin. It was perfect for a couple and we got to see the animals in the morning before we left. Would definitely recommend!

Cabin is exactly as described, very clean and all amenities needed are there. Location is perfect for hiking the local trails. On property farm yields fresh eggs for breakfast if you want! Highly recommend

Tadpole is charming and peacefully nestled within the woods where the crickets and tree frogs serenade by night. The cabin was spotless! The decor comfortable and cabin chic. The kitchen provided for all needs and was extremely clean and organized in detail. We thoroughly enjoyed both porches, the fire pit supply of wood, and trails to the creek picnic area. Fresh eggs made a nice breakfast and we were like little children feeding and petting the animals. It was the peacefulness standing in the doorways that truly captured what Tadpole offers a traveler.

We had a wonderful time at the Tadpole Cabin - well appointed, beautifully decorated, had all we needed, picturesque setting. Would love to come back.

Great location and relaxing stay in the country with plenty of amenities. Loved sitting by the fire in the morning with our coffee enjoying the outdoors. Perfect for our mini vacation and enjoyed walking to the barn to see the animals.
