The Green Top Cabin is located on a spacious one-acre property within the Clear Creek Pines neighborhood, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surrounding forest. The large U-shaped driveway provides ample parking and makes it easy to bring along your off-road vehicles for exploring the many trails and outdoor adventures nearby.

The Cabin

Built in 1984 as a classic A-frame cabin, the home has since been thoughtfully renovated and expanded into the approximately 1,700-square-foot retreat it is today. While the cabin has been updated with modern comforts, it still maintains the cozy character and charm that make a mountain getaway special.

Kitchen

The renovated kitchen features an open-concept layout, making it a welcoming gathering space for cooking and spending time together. Exposed shelving displays kitchenware, while additional items are available in the upper cabinets.

Loft Bedroom – Upstairs
The loft bedroom is the first room you’ll find upstairs. It features one queen bed and one twin bed, along with closet space for personal belongings. This room also shares space with a small play area, making it a fun and functional space for families.

A-Frame Bedroom – Upstairs
The A-frame bedroom is located next to the loft and offers a spacious, cozy retreat with one queen bed and a dresser. The room has an open view overlooking the kitchen, with curtains provided to give guests additional privacy when desired.
