Breathtaking Custom Cabin in Cle Elum with Stunning Views and Nearby Attractions!
Experience a getaway like no other in this spectacular custom cabin in Cle Elum, Washington. With incredible woodwork and meticulous finishing touches throughout, this cabin offers a unique and cozy retreat. Nestled in a prime location, you'll have access to a variety of outdoor activities and charming nearby towns like Roslyn, Ronald, Leavenworth, and the luxurious Suncadia Resort.

Cabin Highlights:r>Bedrooms and Bathroom: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 4. Enjoy a California king bed in the upstairs loft with a private balcony, and a queen bed in an additional room.

Cozy Atmosphere: Warm up on cold winter nights with a wood-burning stove and enjoy the convenience of a gas BBQ on the back deck.

Stunning Views: Take in the breathtaking, unobstructed views of Mt. Stuart and the valley. Let’s be clear: you don’t get mountain views like ours from a flat road. If gravel roads make you whine, don’t book. If heights make you dizzy, don’t book. We’re 1.9 miles up from the base of the community—because yes, we’re in the mountains, not a strip mall.

This is a cabin in a cabin community. We’re not Suncadia. We’re not a 5-star hotel. And if you’re a city slicker expecting room service and mint chocolates on your pillow, keep scrolling for a different listing located in Suncadia.

No, we don’t have A/C. No, we don’t have window screens—because high winds here rip them right off. That’s life in the mountains.

But… if you actually like the outdoors, hiking, and soaking in what nature really has to offer, our cabin will be exactly what you’re looking for.

Outdoor Activities:
Hiking and Trails: Miles of trails start right at the cabin's front yard, perfect for hiking, dirt biking, and snowmobiling. Explore the nearby John Wayne Trail for an unforgettable adventure.

Fishing and Hunting: The Yakima River offers excellent fishing opportunities, and the surrounding areas are great for hunting.

Boating and Water Sports: Nearby lakes and rivers provide ample opportunities for boating and water sports.

Nearby Attractions:
Snoqualmie Pass: A short 30-35 minute drive for skiing and snowboarding.

Leavenworth: A beautiful one-hour drive to the Bavarian Village, perfect for a day trip.

Roslyn and Ronald: Explore these historic towns with their unique charm and attractions.

Suncadia Resort: Less than 20 minutes away, offering golf, spa services, dining, and more.

Downtown Cle Elum: Just 10 minutes away for dining, shopping, and local culture.
Important Information:

Terrain and Accessibility: The steep terrain provides beautiful views, but please note that the last 1.9 miles to the cabin are gravel roads. A standard car can make it up in the summer, but AWD is recommended. There are 2 parking spots at the top of the driveway, and you'll need to walk 15-20 yards to reach the front porch. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Pet Policy: Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee. Please inquire with the owner first.

Age Requirement: Must be 25 or older to book our cabin.

Shauna was very kind in her communication. The cabin itself was great: clean, comfortable, well stocked… and, of course, the views were spectacular. The drive up to the cabin was treacherous….narrow, gravel, steep roads with drop offs into the hundreds of feet. In fairness though, I personally have a height phobia. We were told, by one of areas workman, the modes of transportation in the winter are snow mobiles with all cars being parked at the lower levels. This cabin is easily at 2500 feet elevation! The entrance into the cabin leaves a bit to be desired…only because there are no stairs or safe walkways for coming and going. It’s rugged country up there! Did we enjoy our stay…. definitely! It’s probably more of a paradise for those who love winter sports, however!

The cabin was OK although the TV's wouldn't work, and the loft had very steep steps to get up there. We are both retired and had lots of trouble getting up there. Great views and very quiet. The road up to the cabin was terrible. Very under stated. Along with that, we had to park at the top of the hill and carry all our stuff down 50 yards to the house. For young people that's ok, for us, that's not very good. Very steep and loose gravel.

Needed a place to stay while participating in an event in the area. The cabin made an excellent home base for a couple of days.

Great little cabin, cute and peaceful . We saw deer and small bucks off the deck in the evening . It has no ac , only fans which is to be expected as it is a cabin, very small bathroom & shower. The water was very hot tho! Could def use a deep cleaning as there was spiders and cob webs and dirt in the windows and seals and corners. If you’re looking for a real cabin in the woods this is it . There’s quite a few other cabins near by so it’s not extremely private but out of all of them this one was in the best spot with a great view . Happy with our stay. .

My family and I enjoyed staying in this cabin, it’s the perfect size for a small family. It’s a little out of the way, but the view is worth it. And the host was nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again :)
