Stunning Log Cabin w/ Mtn. Views min. from Downtown Clayton, GA! Dog Friendly

Cabin was great. Loved the play room with the pool table, football and air hockey.

One of the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. The only complaint was access to the cabin mainly the driveway difficult to get in and out it hindered our night time outings.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week in this cabin, and for a family of 5, there was more than enough space for us all to enjoy! The couches were comfortable, abundant and included 3 recliners! The decks offered beautiful views of the mountains and downtown Clayon. The fireplace warmed the cabin almost instantly even though the cabin was huge! For a family that enjoys cooking, there was more than enough counter space for multiple chefs. We were also amazed at how quick the drive up the mountain was. In less than 10 minutes we went from the bustling town to the peaceful cabin. We were happy with the convenience of an Ingles supermarket at the base of the mountain ... perfect for when we forgot an item from home.Lastly, it was nice to receive clear instructions regading checking in and checking out.Grateful to spend our Thankgiving here!J Font & Family (from Johns Creek, GA)

The house is nice and the view is good during the day. The cleanliness was subpar. Floors were very dirty and once couch stunk real bad. We noticed some dishes put up dirt as well. Otherwise, the stay was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The views are gorgeous! The cabin is stocked well and is very clean. The game room was a hit for the whole family! The driveway was a little intimidating at first but my minivan did just fine. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fun getaway. Gorgeous location and accommodations. Well stocked with spices, coffee, toiletries, games, books, etc. Correspondence and attention to our inquiries was timely. Driveway was steep and a challenge since we were in 1 of the largest vehicles out there, but we managed. Go for it.

The place was beautiful.

Excellent cabin.Driving there...turn right on Polly Gap, then follow GPS to Screamer. Going directly to Screamer, you can't turn into the driveway.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views! Close to so many water fall hikes and picturesque small towns.

First, Justin, the property manager, was very accessible and responsive. I highly recommend anyone going to the Clayton area look for properties that he is managing. I will be using him every time I go back.The house was great. Plenty of room with bedrooms spread over three floors. The kitchen was large and much better equipped than I ever expected. We were able to cook a nice Christmas dinner for eight! The view is sensational!There is a large game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey, plus a super size Jenga and Connect-4 game, so plenty of things to keep kids or adults entertained. There are TV's in every bedroom, the living room and game room. The internet is fast and I was able to squeeze in an emergency counseling session with a client with no connectivity issues.All in all, we love the Clayton area and this house. We look forward to returning soon.

Clean and in a great location!

What a fantastic getaway! The house was just the right size for our family of six, and the game room provided us with great moments together. We loved how conveniently close we were to downtown Clayton! It made our trip even more special!

Everything about this house and rental process was just perfect. The location is a very short drive with an overlook to downtown Clayton. Also convenient to Julep Farms where we had Sunday brunch. The living area had ample & cozy seating for our group to watch the GA/Fla game. When we had complications with the gas fireplace they sent someone out immediately to fix the problem. Being on such a slope, there is no area for a real log fire pit, however with the 2 balcony decks to choose from we didn't miss it. The gas pit was really nice since we could go from there to the pool game or air hockey. Side note: I'm now in the market for a hanging basket chair like theirs. The view, a blanket and a cuppa - I could stay all day.

Great location, Great hiking trails beautiful view, peaceful. The house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed truly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the playroom and spent the majority of the time playing the games. During the day, you can see downtown Clayton which is really cool.

Perfect set up for our family of 6! Property manager was very attentive to our needs & requests.

Took my son there for 15 year old birthday to play golf and enjoy time together, was a great place for that.

We all loved the house. It was just as advertised and as a mom coming here with three kids, I loved the fact that there was enough dish soap, laundry detergent and shampoo for our stay. We love the game room and the view from the porches. All the boys said they want to come back.

Had a great weekend in Clayton. House was perfect for our group of 9 - 4 adults and 5 kids. Location was convenient for our adventures whitewater rafting, waterfall hiking and shoping and dining in Clayton. The house has a great view overlooking Clayton. The gameroom was good for non screentime entertainment for kids and adults. Driveway is not for all vehicles. Take note of host precautions of 4x4 required. The host was spot on with description of house and with 4x4 warning. House is accessible without 4x4 but would require a walk in/out down/up a fairly steep driveway. Hosts were great to work with and would stay again when back in the area.
