Exceptional! Have stayed at numerous cabins and this cabin exceeds them all. The extra supplies and quality cookware were an unexpected surprise. Beds/bedding were of good quality and very comfortable. Location of cabin was great and very easy to find. Already discussed returning in the near future. Exceeds 5 stars!

These hosts go above and beyond on their property, so many “extras” that were a great touch and a joy for my family to stay in for Thanksgiving week. Tons of towels, TVs everywhere, nice hot tub, decorations were nice and spot on, kitchen with everything you’d ever need!Thank y’all!

Tastefully decorated using only top-notch quality on everything inside and out. Attention to detail was outstanding ensuring everything was clean, perfect and spotless. This cabin is perfect for our family get away. Not to mention this is the 5th--yes 5th year we have stayed. We love it that much! The cabin is cozy with everyone having their own space as each level has its own BR and bath with its own common areas. And the outdoor space with fireplace and TV is a favorite including the kids favorite place to be. Each year we find a new adventure and this year was a new winery and a return trip to Living Waters winery, and new trails for hiking. The grandkids are now asking and talking about being at the cabin which makes my heart so happy knowing we are making memories they will treasure! Until next year, thanks again!

This was our second time staying at this property, a testament to how much we love it! The views are spectacular, the hot tub is so nice, and all 3 couples appreciated having their own floor in the cabin. However, the best feature by far is the outdoor patio with the TV! It’s perfect for the start of football season! Another thing all 3 couples on our trip commented (both the first stay and this recent visit) was the attention to detail. The mattresses, bedding, and towels are all SO SOFT! We’ve even taken pictures of the brands so we can buy them for ourselves!

We don’t even bother checking other cabins, this is our relaxation goto after tax season each year. We even found a sweater we left last year in the laundry room. Clean, well stocked, hot tub, large pavilion, large grill. Quiet space or group time, you can find your place here. We rarely used downstairs but if you want to play pool or games, they are plentiful. WiFi capacity was plenty as all 4 of us were on phones and streaming our Netflix TV with no issues. We love it.

This was our fourth time staying here and there is a reason we’ve come back so many times. It’s is amazing in every aspect. You are far enough away from town that it is incredibly peaceful and tranquil yet close enough that it is not inconvenient to go out. The sunrise views are spectacular. The house is everything you want in a vacation getaway.

Our long weekend was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was so clean, had everything we needed, and gorgeous views. The host was so helpful with quick responses. We will definitely be back.

The cabin is probably the best we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at quite a few. We loved the Christmas decor and the cabin was pretty spotless. We spent most days out on the patio making fires, playing foosball, billiards and just relaxing. We’re usually go, go, go but it was nice to just sit back and relax by the fireplace while watching Christmas movies. The views from each floors were amazing! The cabin is within reasonable distance to all the necessary shops, great proximity to Blairsville, casino, and Helen. Helen is always a great stop for anyone wanting good German food! Will definitely look at rebooking the cabin in the future!

Eagles Perch was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed just relaxing watching football, playing board games, and the outside fireplace. The house was still decorated for Christmas which was great and we loved counting all the snowmen (even turned it into a guessing competition). The hot tub was great our teenagers loved playing foosball, pool and really enjoyed the movie library. Rhe wildlifw was very active around the house. The bird feeders brought in several different birds and we even saw wild turkey feeding on the ground. John was excellent to communicate with and made everything very easy. Thank you and we look forward to our next trip to Eagles Perch!!!

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. The cabin provided all we needed, and was comfy and cozy. The fall decorations were a wonderful surprise. So often these rental places are rather plain. This one had just lots of wonderful fall decorations that made it feel like home. I would love to come back and see the Xmas ones. Thank you John and Robert for the lovely stay.

What an awesome house! We love everything about it! This was our annual trip to the mountains with friends. A lovely weekend with friends, football, food and beverages!! We spent 98% of our time outside under the awning watching football, rocking and warming under the fireplace! It was awesome! The house itself was spotless and welcoming with fall decorations everywhere. Definitely gave you a sense of home! John and Robert have everything at the house you could possibly need! And more! The bedrooms are like King suites with adjoining master baths. The beds are more than comfortable. It’s so peaceful and quiet you can actually hear nature all around! It was the perfect weekend! We sincerely loved it! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks you John and Robert for an awesome stay!

Hats off to our hosts again this year! This is our fourth family getaway to this cabin and our first time to stay in the fall. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experiences have been. This year we visited some nearby wineries, and again the views, the people, and the entire stay, just relaxing at the cabin—whether it was outside under the pavilion cozied up to the fireplace, or in the hot tub, or spending time with family are memories we will always treasure. This cabin truly is our home away from home. Thanks again to the hosts for another wonderful visit.

This house is beautiful and a perfect place to gather with friends or family. Our group loves the porches and the outdoor fireplace. It is a very private location and you are just surrounded by nature. Great place to stargaze! The host is beyond thoughtful and the atmosphere reflects that! This was our 3rd visit and can’t wait to go back.
