Stayed Nov 2, 2023Location was great for visiting both Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Loved the great room gas fireplace (not the easiest to turn on and off) but gave lots of heat and the deck hot tub. The 2 large decks had very nice views and lots of comfortable furniture. The 3 bedrooms need a little attention; beds were OK if you can sleep anywhere …top mattress is just memory foam topper and all need to be replaced as they sag, rooms have closest space but need shelves to place non hanging clothes, or at the very least, luggage racks as we had to place suitcases on the floor. Kitchen was large with very nice appliances, (including a separate ice maker) and deck BBQ. We only cooked one dinner (BBQsteaks) The main floor as 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The king bed and large bathroom is located upstairs, in the open loft. ( no door to this upstairs bedroom) We didn’t use the wood burning fireplace on the outdoor deck, or the separate fire pit, but they had a nice pile of firewood for both. Enjoyed our stay and exploring the towns and restaurants around the area.

Stayed Jan 6, 2023First time to North Georgia. Great first day with hiking and a visit to Blue Ridge. Cabin was clean and provided great views!! Second day, meh! Rained all day with frequent downpours!! Thankfully we had plenty of food and binged watch our favorite shows!! We’re gonna try for round two at the Stress Free Summit in late spring!!

Stayed Mar 5, 2022The view from the deck is breathtaking so the sunsets were incredible. The home has recently been remodeled and the upgrades are state of the art. You can tell they have thought of many amenities to ensure comfort for guests. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items for cooking, which was refreshing. The hot tub is top of the line, and the bonus that wasn't advertised is the TV mounted outside so you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The ice maker and wine cooler were a welcomed surprise. There are a few small things that could use some work. Bedroom closets were full of items so they could not be utilized. There is no handle on the new bathroom door upstairs, so it was difficult to slide it open from inside. There were various construction items in drawers and on the floor that should have been moved out of sight. The shower upstairs is unfinished. I believe all of those items were in process of being finished as it appears we may have been the first guests. None of those small details had much impact on our stay. The only real criticism we had was the fact that the hot water tank only had enough hot water for one shower so we needed to stagger showers accordingly. We vacation yearly in this area, and would reserve this cabin again in a heartbeat!
