We absolutely loved staying here at this cabin! It was the perfect break from the chaos of the world lately. The owners did state they are building a bigger bunk house on their property so I plan to return with more of my family. We are very thankful for this retreat in the woods. Also, this is a bit random- but I loved the bathhouse. It was beautiful and very clean!

Had a great stay, really cool interesting place, good in between for a hotel and camping. The lake is great and the owners are super nice. Very unique feel and background.

Property manager was very kind, bathroom was well kept and delightful, cabin itself was clean, and the coffee pot was a great bonus.

Host was great. Cobwebs and spider webs and spiders INSIDE the cabin were bad. Open exposed outlet hanging out in loft was throwing sparks when i tried to out cover back on. Thats where our Granddaughter was sleeping. Coffee maker was leaking water all over the floor. No dock, no swimming. Property has Major Neglect. With a little work this olace could be Amazing!!

I was in the area with my daughter to visit colleges. We wanted an alternative to a standard hotel, and we picked the perfect place! David and Lee welcomed us on upon arrival and were very accommodating. The cabin is located on their property adjacent to a beautiful lake. The cabin was clean and very comfortable and it had all that we needed: air conditioning! was key because it was hot and humid. The bathrooms were also very well put together and also air conditioned! The cabin had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a full array of coffee choices. We were both surprised that we had great reception for data on our phones while there as well. We were also lucky enough to be able to visit with their friendly bloodhound Bo, whose job is to protect their goats, which was walking distance from our cabin! I can’t recommend a stay at this cabin any higher. If you’re looking for a cute, comfortable, stay in the beautiful Virginia wilderness!
