Splash Pad! Spectacular Lake View!

This is a fantastic location! You’re right up the hill from a great park, a huge pickleball venue and all the restaurants & shops. Check-in was so easy and everything we needed was on-site.

We have stayed multiple times at location. Always a great time. Plenty of parking, great views from the balcony, and plenty of space in the house to spread out. We enjoyed our stay once again!

This house is amazing if you’re looking for beds for a lot of people. We loved under the porch in the shade. The splash pad was fun too. We did find some things that weren’t clean (probably not owners fault) but the garage fridge was dirt and the oven mitts and apron from the kitchen too. I put the oven mitts and apron through the wash. If they hired organizers for the kitchen to label and put things in specific spots, they could level up this place. Overall, loved it and believe the owners are amazing!

We have stayed here many summers. Unfortunately this will be our last as we have outgrown its capacity. It is always clean, in very good condition. The host has been outstanding to work with. Great views of the lake. We have loved this as our base of operations for our annual Bear Lake reunion.

Amazing house with an amazing view of Bear Lake!

Just a stunning view! Beautiful large home! The entire family of all ages love our time there! Enjoyed the games, secret passageway, splash pad! Would love to stay again in fall or winter to make use of the fireplaces inside and out! Plenty of space and extra Toilet paper and shampoo etc!:) Owner very accommodating for our groups needs! Loved walking with kids to the nearby park!

Great view of the lake and area. Splash pad did not function properly. Kitchen well stocked. Overall a really good experience. Would have been much nicer to have a large screen TV in the main gathering room instead of the extra room off the master. A hot tub would have been really nice.

Here's a polished version of your review for VRBO: --- My group absolutely loved this property! They kept saying how the listing description undersells the view—it is absolutely spectacular! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy their time. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. The house needs to be sprayed for earwigs. We found them from the basement all the way to the upper rooms, crawling in the carpet. 2. The property should have the wasp nests removed. There are quite a few, and they were bothersome during our outdoor activities. 3. It would be great if there were stairs leading from the deck to the yard. 4. The house would appear cleaner if the areas under the couches on the main floor were dusted and mopped. 5.We wish the landing at the bottom of the hill had grass, so that the hill could be utilized more for more activities Other than these issues, we had a fabulous time, and my group is likely to book again!

45 of us stayed in this beautiful home. We lived the space, splash pad and watching the wild life in the field next door The location was perfect, clean se to beaches and restaurants. The view cannot be beat!

The house was in great condition and fit our group very comfortably. We were all cozy and sat out on the balcony every night and enjoyed the outdoor space.

My husband and I were in charge of our family reunion this week with 40 people attending. The house was clean and well maintained and fit us all comfortably. The view was incredible and the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. We loved our time together and are grateful for such a beautiful space to do it in! Thanks to the wonderful host and owners for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely return again!

This home was just perfect for our family reunion group of 30! Plenty of parking on the large driveway. Every person as they walked in the front door said “Wow!” The home is simply beautiful with amazing views of Bear Lake. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and generous closet space in each bedroom. Great having separate A/C on each level. Highlights were the large deck and patio spaces with lots of comfy seating and eating areas. Evenings on the deck overlooking the lake watching the full moon come up reflecting off lake was unforgettable. Splash pad was so fun for the little ones. Having so many private bedrooms was ideal so each family could have own space while also having large gathering spaces for being together, playing games and eating meals. The kitchen was well appointed and open enough for us to prepare meals together. Loved the walk-in laundry room off kitchen with good counter space to store pantry items. The extra fridge in the garage was 100% necessary for our group and a second garage fridge would have been needed if our group had been bigger. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and other games in the house. A nice feature is that most of the bathrooms have multiple private shower/toilet rooms separate from sink/vanity area. The owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our needs. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely love to book it again in the future.

We usually go camping with all the fam, but opted for a rental this go around. Loved all the house had to offer. There were plenty of things to keep us all busy and entertained…..even if it was just sitting around playing games and staying up too late!
