The cabin was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Everyone loved the game room and the pool! The drive to the cabin was easy to navigate. We even saw a bear on the last morning of our stay!

We had a wonderful time!! Everything was clean and very nice. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and game room!

A wonderful cabin/house in a beautiful quiet location with views of the mountains and forest. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed for our nine night stay. Bedrooms suites were large and the beds were very comfortable. Lower level game, hot tub and pool areas were fun places for the whole family. Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were all a short drive from rental cabin. The host communicated well with us. A great place to stay and we're looking forward to staying again in the future.

A hidden gem in the mountains! Close enough to all local attractions yet far enough to unwind in nature with family! Our family loved the outdoor spaces, private pool and game room! Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating! 5 stars all around and we will be back!

We stayed at this cabin with a group, and it was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for the time we had together. Everyone especially loved the game room, which kept both kids and adults entertained. The indoor pool was a huge hit, and we really appreciated the added security on the pool door—it gave us peace of mind knowing the grandchildren were safe. Overall, a great place for a group getaway, and we’d definitely consider staying again!

This was actually the second time we stayed in the cabin. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and most important to us, a nice hot tub and a small, warm pool. The view on the porch was great, the woods smelled great, and you are woken up in the morning by birdsong. We picked up 18 different species on Merlin. :-) Would recommend, and will likely return.

Ideal location and kids loved the pool. Cozy and beautiful place. I would recommend a gate on first floor deck for safety and wouldn't want a bear to visit hot tub? Absolutely will return to this property and the hosts are a text away!

If your traveling with a large group this is perfect! Plenty of space and lots to keep the kiddos entertained. The pool was a first for us and now I can't see us coming back unless we have one. Hope to stay again soon!

Cabin was beautiful, comfy and perfect in every way!

Great time! Very comfortable and family oriented. The pool and hot tub were well used and fun. The game room was used a lot, pool table, shuffleboard and bean bag games were played a lot. The only issues we encountered were with the electronic games. Lights did not work on some machines and gaming devices did not all work. Other than that everything was terrific

This was a great stay for our family! We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, and the good maintenance of the property in general. The beds were very comfortable. We always carry a mattress topper with us on travels, but didn't have to use it here -- a rare occurrence! The furniture was likewise comfortable and clean, as was everything else. We saw two bear cubs playing in the back yard, and were incredibly lucky to view the November 2025 aurorae from the balcony (photos attached).

We enjoyed our stay, communication was excellent. Cabin is new and very modern. Our only complaint was the water pressure, it was very weak most of our stay so made getting 12 people showered a challenge. Other than that everything was perfect!

We loved staying at Splash Haven! The cabin is spacious, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had endless fun in the pool. The cabin is located just a short distance from all the attractions and stores. Everyone appreciated having their own space to nap or relax at the end of the day. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay again.

Excellent home to stay in and had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of things for our young kids to do and plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and the communication was top notch. The owners would check in to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. Looking forward to another trip back to TN as we would definitely stay here again!

Great place our family loved the pool

This cabin is so comfortable and a perfect place to relax.. Also a great location to visit the tourism in Pigeon Forge. Our family of nine had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We celebrated my grand-daughters birthday at the cabin. We especially liked the large kitchen with island. The cabin is perfect for a group and has a great open floor plan. It appears to be like new and very well cleaned and maintained. The owners were great at communicating. Looking forward to our next trip!!

My family stayed and had a wonderful 4 night trip! The house was exactly as described- very clean and beautiful! We had a question to which the owners responded nearly immediately! We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend this location enough!

Cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I will note that the water is well water and did have a slight metal smell but besides that our stay was very nice and enjoyable. Owner was very quick to reply to messages and always willing to resolve any issues.

We couldn't have found a better place. It was quiet with a beautiful view. The entire cabin was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained and happy. It's also close to most activities in the city. The owners are easy to get in contact with and friendly. Our family loved it! My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for 11 nights. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The living room with the fireplace, covered deck, and pool were especially enjoyable. Communication with the owner was good.

We loved Splash Haven and will not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Sevierville and Dollywood. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The cabin was beautiful, and we enjoyed our two-night stay!

This cabin is super convenient to everything! Very clean and a great layout. We were traveling with adults, a 3 year old, and teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. Communication with hosts was top notch. They made sure everything was taken care of. A great experience!

Kyle’s cabin is as described in the listing and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the main living area is very cozy.The beds are very comfortable. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds. Bathroom are ver6 spacious.Don’t pass this up!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The cabin is beautiful with comfy beds, comfy couches, and all the amenities you need. We had so much fun in the pool and game room. Everyone was excited and impressed with the home and the location

We stayed 2 nights.. on the way down we realized we would arrive a little early so I messaged the owner and they were great about letting show up a little early. The cabin was beautiful with lots of fun things for the teen boys to enjoy. My husband and I enjoyed have some down time to relax and enjoy the store close by. We had an amazing relaxing weekend. The owner messaged us and asked how the stay was to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be staying again in the future.

So much to do at this cabin. Pool water was a little chilly but that’s our only complaint.

This home was outstanding. Room for everyone in our group. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. Could use some more cooking utensils. But minor issue. Location is a tad out of the way but we didn’t mind that too much as we like hanging at the cabin. We have a wonderful Christmas with family and will be back!!

Wonderful stay. Everything was as promised and the photos were accurate. Clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit with our 7 year old granddaughter. We had several exciting basketball games. The jacuzzi was perfect after long days of walking. The hosts responded promptly to our questions but most questions were answered in the welcome email.

What a gem of a property. So so stunning and with so many amenities for the whole family to enjoy and have fun. I felt that the location was absolutely perfect as I was looking for something quiet tucked into the mountains to get the full effect of Thanksgiving. Everything was very close if you wanted to get more of the hustle and bustle of touristy Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Kyle and Steph were extremely gracious hosts, very accommodating and very responsive. As a vacation rental host I'm very sensitive to that and they were so caring and professional. I highly recommend staying here for your next getaway.

Family trip, consisting of kids and grandkids ages 3-8. Grandkids would have been fine never leaving the cabin. Between the pool and game room they had a blast. Highly recommend if traveling to the area.

We had such a great time, something for everyone. Spacious ,clean, comfortable beds. Awesome amenities pool was a splash. I will definitely try to stay again next time I visit Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful visit. The house and furnishings are beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and the outdoor decks. Short distance to main tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit another time.

The cabin was exactly as described. The kids had a a great time in the arcade when we were just resting there. The kitchen was amazing, it had many pans, utensils and dishes I would definitely book it again if in the area.
