Specials “Luxury Vacation Home” 1 Gb WIFI, Jacuzzi, Roku, Game Room

This is a WONDERFUL property! It is cozy yet spacious, charming, fun, and has an amazing game room and fully equipped kitchen. We were in Pigeon Forge for a destination family wedding and our age range was from 80 to 16— we had so much fun in this cabin. Jerry and his wife have thought of EVERYTHING! The only thing I would change is the view of the campground, but it will not keep us from staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of this property is literally in between the tourist strip to the left and a right will get you directly into the National Park!The place could use some TLC and it's a bit cramped in the living areas but this is definitely reflective of the price. The king bed rooms were comfortable an great!Bunk room is nice for younger kids.

Upon entering the home we felt welcomed. The home was beautiful decorated. My grandsons loved all the game animals taxidermy on the wall. They were all beautiful. The game room was spectacular. The house was clean and well maintained.

The property was wonderful. The gameroom was a added bonus with lots to do. The location was great, tucked off the main road. It was a ten minute drive to Dollywood. Comfy beds. Very clean.

We were a party of 8. The cabin was perfect for us! Close to Pigeon Forge.If we are ever back in this area, we would stay there again!!

Not exactly “luxury” but we would stay again. Location is everything. Dollywood and all the fun things and places to eat were so close. Kitchen had all the things we needed. All the negative things I think the host was unaware of (ie. How clean the house was) I have talked to the host, and told him the place was not clean at all and needed some upgrades. He told me that he would find new cleaners because it’s was “unacceptable” and spoke with him about the lack of use of the hot tub because of sanitation reasons. He assured me he would take care of all the things I mentioned. Overall, location location location!! House layout was great, wonderful for kids, unless they are scared of taxidermy. Arcade room was a total bonus.

The cabin was nice. We were close to everything. The location was great. Had a few minor problems but when reaching out to host, he was quick to respond. Overall, our stay was good. Would recommend and would stay again provide the small problems are well taken care of before hand.

Our family trip to Tennessee was amazing and your cabin perfectly accommodated the ability to cook, lounge, and entertain our large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms offered everyone space for R&R. A point for consideration; we loved the cabin feel and presence of the antiques and wildlife; however, the decor minimized the square footage and usable space in the main gathering area near the TV. Overall, wonderful family memories made on our trip and your cabin was a significant part of the experiences. Thank you!

Great location, but severe safety, privacy, and maintenance issues. The host was responsive to texts, but clearly relies on paying guests to act as his unpaid property inspectors to report years of deferred maintenance.The biggest red flag is an indoor security camera in the bar area, which is a massive privacy violation. Physical hazards are everywhere: kitchen cabinet pulls are deer antlers pointing up at toddler eye level, the air hockey table’s electrical ground prong is cut off, and the living room couch flips over when you sit on the chaise (an ignored issue from a year-old review). Three interior doors wouldn't latch, including the basement stairs. I had to swap door handles myself and buy a baby gate just to keep our grandchild safe.The house was turned over dirty with thick dust. The hot water was opaque with a foul odor; the host scheduled a plumber for Friday, our checkout day. Toilet seats are worn through and towels had holes. Arcade games are broken, the ice maker hasn't worked in years, and the yard is littered with trash. Realistically houses 6 adults max. Avoid.

The cabin was really nice. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The tub in the main bathroom was amazing but the Jets do not work. The small room in the upstairs bathroom was not very functional. The location is very nice close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The air hockey table in the basement game room works great but it is very loud. A suggestion to the owners there is no place to sit and visit in the basement game room. I would recommend removing the air hockey and putting a nice set of chairs or a couch down there so you can watch TV and visit with people while they’re playing the games. Overall, I would recommend this rental but it could use a few updates. The owners are very nice and the communication was fantastic. Very pleasant stay.

House was clean and easy to access upon arrival. Jerry was easy to get in touch with over the course of our stay for easy to answer questions.

So, overall the house was ok. It was clean. But there were many issues within the house. The couch is electronic, but the foot rest didn’t work, so it was permanently stuck out. The dryer ran all the time, the switch to shut off had to be turned off manually. In fact, the dryer would keep running even with the door open. The only bathroom on the main floor wouldn’t lock. One of the TVs upstairs didn’t work. The refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. We messaged him and he said, it was working with the last visit. Except, he had a freezer full of ice cube trays. The pac man machine controller didn’t work correctly, which made it impossible to use. The air hockey table is workable, but in terrible shape. My kids loved all of the taxidermy. I know that at some point this cabin was well loved. But it needs some overall maintenance to bring it back up to its glory days.

Place is very convenient and cozy!

The cabin was very clean, close to the parkway for activities, and the host was great communicating. Definitely, would stay again!

Location was great but the cabin felt kind of cramped and there were spiderwebs everywhere inside when we first arrived.

We had a great stay. Only bad thing is upstairs bathroom toilet ran over and shower leaked in downstairs closet. So we had to close that bathroom down and only use main level bathroom and game room bathroom.

Wonderful location nice for a family to stay

We spent three nights here with two families for a short vacation. The location was fantastic because it was very quiet and had a great back deck yet we were still close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The kids loved the game room and all the space in the basement. Jerry was easy to reach and helpful.

Everything was great

Convenient location, close to downtown Pigeon Forge and all of the attractions. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the fabulous game room with air hockey, pool and video games. Lots of seating for everyone in the living room. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable.

This was a trip for my daughter's birthday with family and some college friends. The game room kept the younger adults entertained while we were at the cabin and there were tons of attractions and restaurants very close. The layout of the cabin was nice as well because we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. We really enjoyed our weekend here!

Had a great time...cabins needs a few upgrades in the electrical department and cable tv would have been nice but we survived. Loved the interior and overall would love to rent it again!!!

Overall the cabin was a great stay, the hottub didnt work but the owner gave us an extra day to accomidate for the inconvience. Cabin location was great close enoguh to town we didnt have to drive far for entertainmet and food. Will definelty rent this cabin again for future stay.

Real nice cabin! Clean and comfortable and holiday decor everywhere!

We only stayed one night and found bed bugs. We left the property and paid for another local cabin. Communication with the owner was horrible. I spent multiple hours communicating through VRBO to get a refund on the property. I provided pictures to VRBO and offered to send them to the owner as well. I did receive a refund. Other details:The property is in need of maintenance. Here are a few notes:-The video game system does not operate properly-The linens and mattresses are stained-Showers/tubs are yellowed-Recliners in the living room are broken-Master bedroom fire alarm is missing--Overall the house just seems dirty and in need of maintenance.

The cabin was very nicely decorated,and close to most attractions. The outside view was not good, surrounded by R.V. Parks. The game room was nice to have but several games didn’t work and only 2 pool cues were usable. The water had a terrible

Overall, we had a very nice weekend.

We recently stayed at this cozy cabin for a family trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cabin was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very positive and he was quick with his responses. Our kids loved the game room and it kept them pretty occupied during our whole stay. The beds were clean and comfy. The location was a little strange with the RV parks in front and back, but it didn’t bother us. The cabin is actually right by the Parkway, which made driving to our activities very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others!

Waiting for property owner to call. Found bed bugs and my gf got over 20 bites on her. Can someone please reach out asap.

Everything in this cabin is in a state a disrepair. It was so disappointing. The outside has not been kept up, with branches growing across the front steps and vines hanging off the back from the gutter all the way to the deck. Every recliner on couch and loveseat is broken. The jacuzzi tub does not work. The hot tub jets do not work and haven't for a very long time by the looks of it. The Pac Man arcade game does not work. The joystick only moves side to side-no up and down. Only 2 pool cues have any felt on the tips. The rest are not usable. The air hockey pucks do not float on the table. This cabin has NONE of the amenities advertised. And although it does not claim to have a view, its worth noting that it sits in the middle of 2 RV parks. The cabin has cobwebs hanging off the decor and only seats 5 people for eating. There is absolutely no room in that kitchen. We were very disappointed and would not recommend. wouldrecnotrecommend.midbroken.
