Spacious Mountain Cabin with Magnificent Views & Hot tub

Such a cozy wonderful cabin for multifamily trips! We love the proximity to the slopes and the little market nearby, loved the amenities of the cabin and look forward to being back.

The cabin was awesome. The Kitchen was great and anything we needed to cook and stay. The cabin was clean and friendly and the check out was great and easy. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

This is our second time staying at this cabin in Brian head. It accommodated our family very well and had all the great amenities that they loved like the hot tub, pool table, foosball table and is well stocked. It has comfortable accommodations with clean bedding and towels. It’s a great location and overall we really enjoy it.

We loved the space and location. All the needed amenities were provided. We did not use the hot tub or barbeque because of the weather/ sliding ice (not the hosts fault). Loved the decorations. It would have been nice to converse with host as my wife is Dutch. Enjoyed just looking out the windows and being in the mountains. Thankyou for the opportunity.

Fantastic home in a great location.

Our experience was excellent. The location was beautiful and safe for little kids. We loved taking walks around the little neighborhood. The cabin itself was perfect for our family reunion. We had 10 adults and 9 children and it fit us very comfortably. We all loved the hot tub as well. Everything was clean and organized. The host, Tiffany, was always quick to respond to questions and was very pleasant to work with. No complaints!!

Plenty of space, 3 floors (2 floors basement). Pool table / foosball / arcade / TV downstairs which was great for teens that wanted to stay up — bedrooms on main floor and 2 floor for younger kids to sleep where it was quieter. Lots of board / card games already there downstairs. Stocked kitchen. Propane grill worked great. Really nice neighbors. Quiet locationOverall great stay for a bunch of people. Thank you!

We love this cabin. This is the 4th year we’ve come back because of how much we enjoy it. The owners are great to communicate with and the cabin is beautiful, spacious, clean, has incredible views, and is well furnished.

The property matched the listing exactly and the location was perfect. The drive over to the lifts at Navajo took less than 5 minutes. The house was great and everyone was super comfortable.

Great property with plenty of room for 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) could easily accommodate another family of 4. Everything as described except the outdoor fire pit is not available during the winter.

Minimal snow on the mountain. Lots of different areas in the home for people to find some privacy, but large areas to gather.

The home is comfy and beautiful. But not as beautiful as the view of the deck. The hot tub was a life saver after a day on the hills. Plus the amazing view! Will definitely look to book again. Plenty more f space for our extremely large family! The game room was the kids favorite spot. Disney touches were very fun. My favorite was the kitchen had everything. We were even able to bake a cake for my niece birthday. Great home all the way around!

I was excited about this trip, but the host made the experience stressful. Communication was dry, uninviting, and even rude. I booked this cabin because it fit my family’s needs and had great reviews about the host, but now I question their authenticity. Before our stay, I asked a few questions and received the shortest possible answers, making me feel like I was bothering her.The cabin itself was spacious and looked even better than the pictures, but issues arose immediately. The fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and when I politely expressed concern, the host became defensive and dismissive instead of offering help. Her response made me hesitant to reach out about anything else.We used the hot tub and followed every instruction in the guide, including showering beforehand and shocking it after each use. The water had a slight green tint, but it smelled and felt clean, so I assumed it was a chemical reaction. Since I already felt uncomfortable messaging the host, I didn’t mention it.Over a week later, I was charged 150 for allegedly leaving the spa dirty, despite following all instructions. The host also accused us of breaking an outlet cover and staining the sheets but said, “I’m not charging you for that. I’m only charging you for the spa.”Despite leaving the property spotless and even tipping the cleaners, I feel unfairly charged. It seems like she does this regularly to make extra money. If you book, document everything—you might face surprise charges

This is the 2nd year we have rented this cabin. We have a large family from the large kitchen area to gather in to the game room in the basement it’s a perfect fit if you have a large family or group.

Wonderful property. Everything perfect

We had a great stay! Plenty of room , lots of beds , very close to ski resort and country store . We had a minor issue when we arrived , but the owner quickly responded and helped to fix it . Great communication . Be aware that reception getting up to Brian head can be a little spotty but Wi-Fi in the house worked great. The place was very comfortable for 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of more space for more persons. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again ! One tip: do your grocery shopping in cedar city . There’s a walmart there . Once you get up the mtn, there isn’t much . Thank you!

Great home in a fantastic location. Every detail was accounted for. We were traveling with lots of kids and the house accommodated them perfectly. I look forward to our next trip!

This rental was perfect for all our family. We all got together for a fun Christmas weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and tons of beds. The boys loved the games downstairs and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The views are beautiful, and we love how close the little market is. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

My family and I definitely recommend staying at this cabin for your next trip to brainhead! Apart from being top notch quality and having all the extra activities and games for family fun, our host made it easy for us to enjoy our visit. Literally 1-2 minute drive from the ski resort, it was really convenient for everyone. We were completely impressed with all the detail inside the cabin, we especially loved the game room! We are big Disney fans, so having a lot of Disney retro pictures was definitely a plus. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Great location. Amazing cabin

The property was...okay, but we had cars severely damaged by the snow off the roof, the woman renting was horrible during the renting process and unresponsive. She requires a rental agreement but doesn't give you a working version until right before the stay despite repeated requests, then acted like like it was our issue when we couldn't return the doc earlier because she hasn't sent it and tried to take the deposit without allowing us to stay. The place was dirty, the water heater didn't work.. At all . There were mice and mice droppings all over, etc etc. Good luck to future renters
