The only issues we had was the swimming pool and the trash can. My granddaughter fractured her leg on the steps (now has a cast on her leg-7 years old) that can not be seen very well...the bottom step is so steep my niece hurt her knew getting in the pool...I would recommend either painting the steps or put lighting on them so people see how deep the step is. The other issue we had was the trash can....1 small trash can for a house of 18....doesn't make any sense. There needs to be more trash cans around the house for that many people...and a bigger one in the kitchen.

The kitchen sink had NO HOT water.The huge windows made the entire home 15 degrees hotter in the evening. One of the top bedrooms was so hot, at least it had to additional fans (now we know why). The hot tub did not get very hot and the jets were nonexistent. There is no outside lighting in the back area where the pool is either. The pebble concrete all around the pool was scorching hot. It burned our feet, literally. There was absolutely no shade around the pool, so you just basted in the sun. It would have been nice to have umbrellas for the tables. Not worth the $7,000 rental fee. Won’t do it again.

We would have loved an additional full bath to accommodate all the people who stayed. The only issue was low water pressure at times. The sun does come in through the large windows and heat up the place in the afternoon. Possibly darker tint or electric blinds to lower in the afternoon. The kitchen was a real bonus plus all the extra seating under pavilion. The pool amazing and we used the small pool as the baby pool for toddlers. The house was clean as well as the pool. I also liked the privacy we had during our stay. We will be back!

Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds, with plenty of kitchen utensils for any cooking you might want to do. Our favorite thing was the pool, nice size for all 14, plus a kiddie pool and hot tub with water falls! Plus, you have free access to a beach with kayaks and paddle boards. We also rented a pontoon for a 4 hour lake excursion. All in all, it was wonderful family time, and we will definitely be back!

Easy drive to restaurants, groceries, etc. The grounds around the house made for lovely walks on sunset evenings. Plus the eclipse party the owners hosted was an absolute blast! THANK YOU!
