Southern Comfort Cabin

This property was perfect for the two of us. It was secluded yet within a few miles of Hocking Hills.

Zero complaints—the cabin was clean, stocked with some kitchen basics, and the hot tub was amazing. Perfect for us to enjoy some time in nature. Few neighbors around, very peaceful and some great stargazing.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. Residence was clean, amenities were good, and the property overall was very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this location as I will be going back in the future!

It was clean and cozy.

This cabin has a PERFECT location! Without driving, we could walk to 3 lovely hikes. It is a 5 minute drive to Hocking Hills State Park/Old Mans Cave. The cabin is very quiet. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. The coffee machine makes great, bold coffee :) We were rained in one afternoon and enjoyed the hot tub and DVDs. The loft provides a nice get away for the night owls or early risers without disturbing others' sleep. Directions for equipment use are very helpful.

Beautiful Cabin that was close to several hiking trails. Movie and game selection were top knotch and the kitchen had everything that you would need.

Open floor plan, close to everything we do in HH. Fully supplied kitchen, loved having access to wash/dryer. Will definitely be looking at this location when we return. Thanks

Cabin was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. Absolutely adorable! We loved using the hot tub- clean & worked great. Awesome location close to hiking areas. The area was so quiet minus the impressive sounds of nature. No WiFi- but honestly, I wouldn’t even rate that as a negative. It was extremely nice to be able to shut off from the internet & not feel like I needed/ nor wanted to look at my phone constantly. We genuinely enjoyed our stay & were not ready to leave this beautiful cozy cabin.

Just want the doctor ordered getting out of the city and heading back to my roots..I was born and raised around the area so this really took me back for a minute gave me some peace and quiet was able to clear my head and get my A game back on to go back to the hustle and bustle in the grind....

The cabin is very nice, nice porch with swing and jacuzzi. It was very comfortable and decorated very rustic. Built in the woods with no neighbors close by so it was very quiet. We had a great time and will go back again. Mark(our contact) was so very helpful and pleasant, we enjoyed working with him.

The cabin was very nice, set in the woods with no other houses around. It was very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated inside and very close to local trails and caves. We loved the jacuzzi and the swing on the porch and used them alot. Mark (who was our contact) was so helpful and pleasant when we had any questions. Definitely will be gong back.

Everything was very clean and you couldn't have asked for more amenities. Hot tub was kind of a pain to open and close. The location is near the street. Very close to hikes and attractions.

The place was clean and well maintained. A short drive from Hocking Hills amenities, but nicely isolated for a sense of privacy and peace. Check-in was easy, the hot tub worked well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fire pit was nicely situated and easily accessible via an illuminated stairway. A great spot to get away and enjoy the surrounding area.

My children and I absolutely loved this cozy cabin in the woods! Wonderful hosts and the cabin had everything we needed and was super clean! We loved playing the board games at night and the hot tub was amazing to relax in! Great location to all the trails, tubbing the river and boating the Lake! I highly recommend!

The cottage is even better in person, we had an amazing time. I wish there was Internet service and a dishwasher , but other than that it was great.

Owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Property was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, comfortable amenities. Hot tub greatly appreciated after long days hiking!

The fully furnished cabin was welcoming and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The location was close to the hiking trails and Rose Lake for fishing. The owner recommended trails and restaurants to try out which was very helpful. We'll be back for sure!
