South Grand Lake Front with Hot Tub near Disney & New Circle Drive

Enjoyed the cabin and host was excellent !

Written by a wife: This house would be perfect for a group of men who don’t really care about cleanliness. The first hint at this being an odd experience should have been the novel-like rule email and “Liability Release” we received from the owner instructing us to reply to him with the names, personal phone numbers of all guests. The email was written in passive aggressive language with bold letters and LARGE FONT to really underscore the patronizing and condescending tone.My first real gross-out hit when I opened the fridge to put things away and spotted several dark strands of hair plastered against the white plastic interior – hard to miss against the stark surface. I tried to get over the ick, but the real shock came when I went into the bathroom. There was a trash can in front of the toilet that clearly hadn’t been wiped off in a while (maybe ever?). After observing the trash can (photo attached), I let my curiosity get the best of me and looked down at the porcelain on the toilet to find caked on urine running down the side. UGH. Listen – I’m married, and I understand that sometimes a dude may not be aware of the dribbles on the side of the toilet. BUT – I also know how long it has gone uncleaned to cake on like that. To further my disgust, I then looked to the side of the toilet at the toilet brush container which was also gross. The post has stereo listed as amenity but owner told us to “not disturb” it, so don’t count on amenity list being accurate.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin near the dam in Disney, OK. There were six of us, including our 4-year-old, and the space worked perfectly — three bedrooms, open living areas, and big decks overlooking the lake. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to relax and have fun.We took full advantage of the amenities: grilled out on the propane grill, relaxed in the hot tub, watched the sunset from the deck, and made s’mores at the fire pit. The private boat dock made it super easy to get on the water, and our son absolutely loved the electric keyboard inside — easily his favorite “toy” of the trip.The cabin also has some fun, nostalgic touches, historical photos of the nearby dam's construction. Shoutout to the Ski Trickster. It was a cool little bit of local history that gives the place some personality.Only downside was the summer heat, but the A/C kept the inside cool and there’s plenty of shade outside too. All in all, this was the perfect spot for a laid-back family getaway on the lake. We’d love to come back!

Greg is a wonderful host with a true getaway property. The layout of the lake house is ideal with 2 levels. Its nice and quiet in the little cove with plenty of deer. There are so many thing to do and see in short driving distances to occupy the day. We have stayed

Property is located back in the trees with lots of deer around in a quite neighborhood, perfect place to disconnect from every day routine. House was very nice and clean, Greg's instructions are very clear and easy to follow for things around the house and directions to the house. Would definitely stay here again!!! Owner left lots of notes, directions, and even links of things to do. Very peaceful quiet place. Will revisit.

Great for a get away, there is a turn around for anyone hauling a trailer, it has about 8.5’ to fit between tree and fence. Didn’t know that till last day, so had to back down road. Hot tub was nice. The lake was a way down the hill but not bad. To many beds, but understand it’s for a lot of people. If I was to go back to grand lake, I would consider staying here again.

We had a great getaway! The house is beautiful, the view is just as amazing!

The only negative we had was taking our own trash when leaving and could not locate the dumpster. The wi-finwas in and out of you have business to conduct. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Was more then we expected. The pics didnt do it justice. We went for just a weekend away from the kids, and to relax in a hot tub. Very happy with everything. 1st night had a group of deer walk right thru the yard. As we were walking down to the water.

Loved the location and views. Very comfortable beds and bar stools. Very roomy. Only drawback was comfort of living room recliners, but wonderful stay.

This place is absolutely amazing we could not have ask for a better place, everything is above expectations. The owner has went above and beyond making this place a awesome get away. I will be staying here again when i travel through this area!

The house setup was perfect with alot of room and also privacy. The view was just gorgeous, with the deer coming thru the property daily.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake cabin. Greg was very responsive and helpful. The hillside to the lake was steep, but manageable to carry paddle boards down and play around in the cove. The kids loved jumping off the small dock and swimming. The cabin was very rustic and cozy with plenty of room for more than our 6. We would definitely return.

Our stay at Greg's lake property was lovely. The pictures truly do not do it justice. So relaxing to sit out on the deck with its beautiful view, soak in the pristinely clean hot tub, and swim in the lake (plenty deep to swim right off the dock). We had a very nice getaway and would absolutely stay at his property again. Greg was very helpful at check in and we didn't have any issues that we needed to contact him for after that time, but felt we could have if needed. Definitely remember to bring your own towels bath/swim towels. Kitchen & hand towels are provided.

The property was amazing. Honestly, the house was beautiful, the view was spectacular! The kitchen was a little dirty- bedding was the same. We just brought our own bedding with us after reading the reviews. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property again.
