The home was beautiful, the atmosphere and view were amazing. Beyond that we were extremly disappointed. The hot tub did not work and we were not made aware of this before hand. We all were excited to use the hot tub and when we opened the lid, the water was disgusting and the hot tub wouldn't turn on. We messaged the host about it and they said they would send someone to look at it and keep us updated. Needless to say, it never got fixed and didn't appear that anyone had ever stopped by to look at it. Looking at reviews, after the fact, we discovered this has been an ongoing issue. This is unacceptable and we should have been made aware before booking. Not only was the hot tub an issue but the water here was often a rusty color. We looked at the water filters under the kitchen sink to discover most of them had expired in early 2020. Gross!! The upstairs bedrooms were roomy but the beds were positioned at both sides of the roof slant which would cause some issues with more than one person in the bed. This was definitely not worth the money we paid for a weekend stay.
