Stayed Jul 1, 2025The Bad: Water leaked on the kitchen counter heavily when it rained (and dripped when it wasn't raining). Mold/water damage on ceiling where it is leaking from and above dining room table. The master bath sink didn't drain, and the master bath door was missing a door handle, most bathroom doors did not lock. The foosball table was broken and unplayable. The grill needs to be replaced (grates and burners rusted). There were several light bulbs out. The horseshoe pit has vegetation growing up around it making it hard to play. It could be a very nice cabin, but it needs maintenance and basic upkeep. The Good: Customer service was friendly and responsive, repaired “must fix” issues listed above within 24 hours (sink, foosball table, door handle, and supplied cooking grates to make the grill useable); Close to Pigeon Forge; plenty of room for 19 people; quiet setting; mostly clean (excluding the floors). We've stayed in 4 cabins in the Pigeon Forge area (3 in the last 4 years). This is easily the worst one when it came to the need for repair, issues, and overall cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023Overall the property was great, a little worn in but that was expected for a high traffic tourist area. The ac needed work the first day and they were able to fix it within 24 hours. The location is perfect, we loved being secluded yet so close. The guest house was nicer than the pictures too ! Other than some maintenance issues that they can address it was great!

Stayed Mar 17, 2022My cousin got married in Gatlinburg so this was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend! We had a great time and there was plenty of space for all of us. The only thing we wished was that there was more seating in the game room area. :)
