Smith Lake Cabin with Game Room

The host Sandra is wonderful. Very nice place, especially for large family gatherings.

If I could build a cabin it would be this one.

Everything was great, we loved the place! Very cozy with lots of nice books and games (whole game room is 5-star). Hooks and nooks where you need them! Very safe staircases indoor and outdoor. Easy lake access, appreciated having puddle board and kayak. Boat was great, we used paddle board paddles. Enjoyed coffee on the front gazebo. Kids loved ninja course for swinging! Wonderful place to stay, so many fun things to do with all the amenities we needed.

House was very clean. Lots of things to do: fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, board games, pool, shuffleboard, lawn games, nice deck for sitting and watching a campfire. There is even a small aluminum fishing boat with a small trolling motor and battery. This was a pleasant surprise!

Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. There's a large sunken bar about 3/4 mile east of the cabin that supported a diverse fish community. The cabin is so spacious with the massive game room attached. So many sleeping options too. Thanks to Sandra and team for the accommodations! Highly recommend this location!!

It was perfect for our group.

My family enjoyed the game room and solitude of the property. Access to the docks was a little interesting. The railing was shakey and access was steep, going down to the docks. Once down by the lake, it was amazing. The Loon calla were my favorite part of the stay. My son enjoyed the boat, fishing and taking the kayak out. All in all it was a great experience. There were only 4 of us staying. If our group had been bigger, the 1 bathroom would have been a challenge. We appreciated being a le to bring the dogs.

Our stay at the cabin was outstanding. Great amenities, entertainment, and a very quiet location. Would recommend to anyone.

Great property, one of our party dropped out so it was only 3 of us, and daughter may have been a bit bored at times. But the game room was awesome, would be great for a larger group. Host very responsive. Had some bad weather, was colder than expected for August, so not much time in the water. Recommend the Friday Fish Fry and the Lost 40 park. Beautiful, peaceful area.

I’m hesitant to give a shining review because I am afraid that so many people will want to book based on this and it won’t be available when I want it! This was an amazing property, clean, safe, well cared for, with great hosts! I booked my trip for the next year the day after check out to make sure I didn’t miss out! Highly recommended!

A wonderful little place with games, activities, and many options for getting out on the lake! A perfect getaway for our 8 person family.

We had such a fun, relaxing time! There is something to keep everyone entertained.

The property is very nice. The mosquito population was heavy, but we were still able to enjoy ourselves.
