Stayed Sep 2, 2025Beautiful new cabin that has all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. It is centrally located for hiking and exploring the outdoors between Buena Vista and Salida. We loved staying at the Silver Trout Lodge and hope to visit again!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Plenty of room. Absolutely breathtaking views of Mt. Princeton. Perfect location to ski either Monarch or Cooper. Both are hidden gems not crowded with great quality snow. House is roomy, well stocked, cozy and comfortable in zero degree weather. We love mt Princeton hot springs. Four of us skied monarch every day and conditions were fabulous. Stayed Aug 8, 2024The property was well-kept and the owners have been thoughtful about set-up and communication throughout the home. The views are amazing and location is perfect for access to the mountains, Princeton Hot Springs, Buena Vista, and Salida. Sunrises and sunsets were something we looked forward to each day. We made good memories in this home!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Absolutely fantastic house. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. 5 minutes to Mt. Princeton hot springs. So much to do around Buena Vista. Great lakes to explore. Highly recommend.
