Stayed Jun 8, 2026We had a great stay and the house was well stocked for our time. There were some PG&E outages that we had to deal with, but the host responded and kept us up to date on the information they were receiving from the utility company. They quickly gave us access to a secured pantry that had the lanterns and everything that we needed during the multiple outages. The back porch was somewhere that we spent a lot of time on and the BBQ worked great. I would definitely feel confident in staying in this house again!

Stayed May 1, 2026- family loved the cabin 10/10 (wife said she could stay here all summer)- directions leading up to, during, and ending were clear- so much to do in the house in terms of games, reading, tv, fire pits/places to just hang out- the recommendations and instructions on the wall posters were really helpful and blended into the place- it’s well stocked with things to cook, clean, toiletries- beds were way comfy (wife ordered the sheets for our own)- I liked the light switch controls throughout the house- super responsive (and patient with me) as a host- the loft area being a cozy, fun hangout really sold it for my daughter- the mix of furniture/decoration throughout the house was the right amount of blend between “old camp” and some modern stuff

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cabin in Arnold completely exceeded expectations. The setup is thoughtful, cozy and clearly done with care.What really stood out, though, was how warm and inviting the space felt. It strikes that perfect balance between beautifully updated and genuinely cozy. Every detail—from the finishes to the furnishings—made it feel like a true retreat rather than just a rental.It was the kind of place where you instantly relax the moment you walk in. Peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy getaway with a touch of modern elegance.
