Quiet and peaceful

Amazing place to stay. Stunning area to explore and although the heavy rain altered our daily plans and limited some the things we wanted to do, we actually didn't mind because the cabin was beautiful and comforting. The hot tub definitely helped relax us after long days of walking in the National Park and Dollywood. My daughter spotted the well fed neighborhood black bear strolling up the road our 1st day and that made her whole trip. Host was responsive and kind when we accidentally set the smoke detector off frying bacon. Everything was great from check-in and the only bad thing about check-out was having to leave. We will always look here 1st when returning to the area.

It was a great place. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

We loved everything about the cabin. Only recommendation we have is that maybe there should be some sort of gate around the hot tub so that bears can't get in with you. We had a bear come up while we were in the hot tub and posed a serious concern. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed the cabin.

Excellent Cabin! (With 1 tiny thing that would make it better)We loved the cabin!-The location is fantastic! Quiet, peaceful, but can get to attractions very easily and quickly. -It was very clean. -It was well equipped with all basic needs. (pots, pans, dishes, 2 coffee makers-traditional and Keurig, trash bags, towels-bath towels and towels for the hot tub, soap, shampoo and conditioner, blanket…etc) -The mattresses were comfortable. -The deck is very nice. You do look at a quiet road and can see a few other cabins but it’s nice and very peaceful. -Hot tub is nice. -We of course loved that it was pet friendly. -My daughter loved the arcade game upstairs. -The free gift was nice. There’s only one thing we wish was different. There needs to be more mirrors. One bathroom was fine, but that’s the only mirror in the whole cabin. When it came time to get ready, it was a struggle. Adding a mirror in each bedroom would help tremendously! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our cabin. FYI to make a very excellent cabin....the bathroom door needs to be shaved at the bottom as it would not open easily. More regular sppons instead of giant tablespoonsThe deck has a ton of nails that need to be hammered down. The patio door out to the deck needs adjusting as it swings closed and sticks. Some dusting around the pictures, corners and ceiling. Otherwise a great cabin and scenery.

Clean rooms and conveniently located

everything was fine. if i was looking for a problem, since weather dropped below freeze cabin was a little drafty, but held on to about 68 degrees. good stay

We did have some issues with this cabin, but once communication was established they installed a new water heater, new tv and got our cable and hot water working promptly. We decided to extend our stay by two days but our cabin was already booked by somebody else. We were able to get another cabin in the other resort at the very top of the mountain with beautiful views. Christian in maintenance was great to deal with as was the property manager. I believe her name was Shelly but not positive. We would book with outrageous cabins again

Beautiful cabin loved it!

Dishes were dirty, had to wash before we used them. Appreciate the hot tub is cleaned after every guest, but you can’t use it on your first day stay. We waited till after 11:30pm check in night and water temp was still at 98 degrees. Disappointing for the reason booking a hot tub cabin.

As always, our stay was wonderful. We stay in this cabin every year now because any others we have tried just doesn’t compare to the cleanliness and the comfort of Serenity. The only negative thing I can say about this stay is that there were no dish towels or pot holders but that’s not enough to take away a star. We improvised and made it work without them.

Very nice and relaxing.

The host communicated well. Before check-in we were informed the HVAC was having issues and needed to be ran on emergency heat. The tech arrived the next day and it seemed fine until we arrived back after dinner to find the cabin freezing cold and again had to operate the HVAC on emergency heat. The other issue was our 9 lb fur baby found an unused insulin pen needle under the couch which if he had bitten it it would have been really bad. Sheets seemed clean but comforter and shams not.

Fantastic location, amazing staff and always a pleasure to work with. We've decided to make this a Thanksgiving tradition, thanks to Outrageous Cabins and their generosity & their ability to make you feel at home in the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

Everything was wonderful how they made Everything feel. I didnt have to worry about anything while i was staying there

Very stunning and clean cabin! Check-in and out was super easy and convenient. Any issues, the Outrageous Cabin staff were extremely kind and nice.

Nice and easy location. No strep or scary roads, and roads are paved, not gravel which I loved. Easy to get to, not far from parkway in pigeon forge. Love the double headed shower. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Beds are ok, dipped in middle some but not too bad. Depends on your preference of softness vs firmness.

Wonderful stay in a peaceful, beautiful cabin!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Serenity. We love it. It is always clean and comfortable. The ladies at the office are over the top great! Its easy to get too, no gravel roads on the side of the mountain. The resort is quiet and clean. Easy access to everything from Seiverville to Gatlinburg. You can't ask for more. This is our go too when we visit.

the stay was just what we needed . It was my partners birthday weekend and I surprised him by telling him I passed my state test ! The veiws where amazing, I could wake up to them everyday .

We always enjoy staying at Country Pines. It is covenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and we can bring our fur children too. We have stayed in several of the cabins, and have never had a bad experience.

This place is amazing. We came home every night and relaxed in the hot tub. The nice big shower for two was a great addition. Close to everything, but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at this VRBO cabin was absolutely delightful. The cabin itself was spotless, and we were impressed by how well-maintained and modern everything felt. Its location just outside of Pigeon Forge struck the perfect balance – close enough to easily enjoy the attractions, yet far enough to feel like a true retreat in a beautiful setting. We particularly loved unwinding in the jacuzzi and observing the charming wildlife around the property. We couldn't find a single downside to our stay and truly appreciate the owners for opening up their lovely cabin to us. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located escape in the Pigeon Forge area.

Beautiful cabin, wonderdul location. Close to everything yet far enough away for privacy. Clean and cozy. Had everything you need for your stay. Only issue is the recliner was broke on the couch and gradually got worse as we were there. If you want a nice quiet neighborhood with a yard area and a nice porch this is the place for you.

We booked Serenity as a quick getaway for my wife’s birthday, and she loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Serenity cabin. The location was excellent, and the check in/check out process was seamless. When we arrived, everything was clean and welcoming. Even though these are marketed as 1 BR cabins, the upstairs loft has a second queen bed, TV, dresser, etc. that would be perfect if you have children. The kitchen is well equipped for this size of cabin. We only had a couple of issues. The couch is difficult to open on the right side and the bathroom door needs to be trimmed on the bottom to allow it to clear the tile floor. In addition, the WiFi is pretty slow. We have AT&T and had no issues with cell service (5GE/4G LTE rather than 5G or 5G). None of these issues are important enough to rate this cabin less than 5 stars in my opinion. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 30 years and Outrageous Cabins has definitely been added to our favorites.I rented a second cabin (Tucked Away) for my parents who also enjoyed their stay. They especially enjoyed the pet friendly aspect (for an additional, reasonable fee). They had an issue with the fluorescent bulb in the kitchen flickering and the maintenance guy was out there within the hour to fix it.

It’s a really nice and clean cabin. Only thing that could be better is the hot water. It must have a smaller tank because it doesn’t last that long. Overall it’s a really nice place

We have been booking this cabin yearly for the past several years and have never been disappointed. Always clean and cozy. The only thing I would say about our most recent stay is the love seat needs to be replaced or repaired which was surprising because I’m feel certain it’s a newer set but when I pulled the lever to extend the foot rest, the chair literally went lopsided like it is broken or something. Fix the loveseat and it’s PERFECT!!

Beautiful home. Very cozy. Didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi or front rockers because the temp barely rose above freezing for a very short time, but it is January! No complaints about the cabin at all!

The cabin was in great shape and the property was nice and clean.

Property was well kept and tidy. Clean on the inside and out. Property managers were easy to work with on a quick date change and made accommodations. Would 100% stay again. Snow was still on the ground during our trip so the views where nice. Properties are spaced out enough for a Cabin in the woods feel.

We had a great time at serenity! IT was an easy check in and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the bed and pillows were small and very hard. Very uncomfortable!.

Description was as listed. Wonderful hot tub and cute towel dog was a nice touch since traveling with our golden. Only thing missing was lighting outside. Otherwise a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Overall, the cabin was clean, including a hot tub. We did encounter issues with the electrical socket in the bathroom. The jets in the hot tub could've been more powerful. We did encounter a bear two mornings out of our stay. There were plenty of towels. GPS will tell you that you're at your location but technically you need to go up about 500 feet and your cabin is located up on the hill.

Property was as advertised, place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The recliner sofa seemed to broken on the left side but bit a big deal. Seen several black bears near the property, but we kept our distance as you should . Location was great . I would definitely stay here again .

The cabin was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Great place to stay and very easy to get in and out of town quickly. Looking forward to our next trip.

Our family booked this cabin for our midway stop from Indiana to our final destination in South Carolina. The cabin was very clean and ready for us on time. The only thing I would change is the upstairs mattress seems to be older. Overall it was a great place for what we needed it for.
