Secluded & upgraded cottage w/ game room, wraparound deck, & private hot tub

Nice facility. Good location.

We loved the appliances and the size of the cabin. It was spacious and clean. We didn't like that the maintenance and cleaning personnel showed up about 20 minutes before we were due to check out. While we were loading up our belongings, they were in and out of the cabin and were outside talking when we left. It was very uncomfortable especially since they weren't supposed to come until after we checked out.

The cabin was clean, but not what I would call “upgraded”. It had the basic necessities, but nothing more. Also, it might be helpful to note that the road is gravel

Saw a review about a motion light by the hot tub that couldn’t be controlled…still an issue - couldn’t find a switch for it and the light constantly turned off and in while you’re in the hot tub - very annoying! There’s also a humidifier running the basement that has a water hose draining into a small bowl…this has to be emptied multiple times a day or water would go all over the basement…this was not communicated at all! There’s multiple holes in the walls that are plugged with toilet paper instead of being properly fixed with wood filler. Better communication and a little maintenance would’ve gone a long way…

The house was nice and enough space for the 5 adults staying. Cooked most meals at the cabin. The game room did not have balls for the foosball table, no dart board and no games for the gaming system. I reached out to the host and they responded 4 days later and said to look in drawers. We, of course, had already done that. When we responded with that, they did not reply for the rest of the trip. We stayed 6 nights. It was the reason we selected this house and paid extra. Super disappointed.

Place was nice and quiet away from road noise and off the beaten path. Hot tub worked great.

Perfect cabin for our family. Kids loved it so much it was hard for us to get them to want to leave the property to explore the nearby towns.

We were a party of 3 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was great that each of us could have our own bedroom and bathroom. The cabin is really well equipped with everything you could need for the stay. We cooked one of our meals at the cabin and had everything we needed to cook other than buying our own food. The TVs and wifi worked great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor decks. Would recommend!

What I loved was the seclusion and peace and quite. The drive up the driveway was a little steep for my comfort level but made it fun and interesting. Hot tub was inviting but never used it.

Our stay at Moonshine Hollow was absolutely amazing!!! The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. We really relaxed and enjoyed the scenery. The hot tub was warm and was ready to use. I highly recommend this cabin you will love it ?

Home is just what we needed from nice showers, comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels, nice views, easy and quick to get to and from town, hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed our 20 year anniversary!

It was a good stay. The property had ants that bit me all over my body especially face, arms and back

Overall, a great jumping off home to go fishing, hiking and close to restaurants. Only issue was the scorpions to include one in the bed.

Very cute, comfy and quiet.

Peaceful home mostly secluded neighbors not to close by.
