Stayed Jun 16, 2025This was a beautiful cabin up on the mountain with everything we needed very quiet and very peaceful and a wonderful place to stay and we had a little excitement when we had a visit from a large bear it was a great place to rent easy entry and great communication with owners I would stay again and recommend it to anyone who wants peace quiet and privacy great place to stay.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Amazing cabin! Everything we wanted from a mountain cabin experience, and more! It is beautifully decorated and very well taken care of. We loved the seclusion of the woods. It's the perfect distance from chaos of the tourist traffic; however, still close enough to do everything on our list. The cabin had all the amenities and comforts we needed. The cleaning service is excellent! There was a severe storm the day before our check-in. They braved the weather to check on the cabin and kept the owner informed with status updates. Then ensured everything was ready for us to enjoy our getaway with no delays. Many people don't realize how vital these staff are and the many things they do, so others can enjoy some rest & relaxation. We had a great experience with the owners from booking to post trip follow-up. All necessary information was provided ahead of time, even a tutorial video of lighting the fireplace! Very helpful to these Florida natives! I would love to book this location again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024My family and I stayed at this location for a Christmas Vacation. It was everything we envisioned and more! Everything you could possibly need was provided and the cabin was beautifully decorated for the holiday in every corner . My family and I had a wonderful time and made beautiful memories! Not to mention the owner was very hospitable and made everything stress free.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Met the kids at the cabin, had good weather for the first 3 days and cooler after that. Very secluded location but close enough to see all the attractions. I had a hard time getting to the fire pit as I have some mobility issues. Although it was advertised as having steep access to the area. Only good things to say except I would take the metal angles off the legs of the benches in the kitchen, my toe still hurts!!! Lol!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice structure, not enough hot water to use jet tub, oversized recliner totally worn out, have to use multiple cushions in lower back area to set in it! Should tell people about how steep the road is the last 1/4 mile to cabin, if it snows you will have to walk, or have a good 4x4.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great week woke up to 5 deer in the front yard. Nice and quiet place in the mountain will definitely come back.
