This property is in a private community with access to 2 lakes, a beach, and tennis courts for all renters. Please be mindful that this cabin was built in 1974 and has some age to it. There is natural wear on the floors and trim; otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. This cabin is in the middle of a forest, so naturally, you may spot bugs and other critters. While most of the home is heated and cool through a central HVAC system, there are three bedrooms upstairs that are heated through their own baseboard heater in the winter and their own portable AC’s during the summers. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a full crew of handymen, cleaners, pest control, Heating system, and other specialists who can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.

We have a strict noise ordinance policy taken very seriously by the HOA community and Tobyhanna Township. If a guest receives a noise complaint, the authorities will be called immediately. A $1000 penalty will be applied

Supplies: We provide a week's worth of supplies, including trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and other necessities Guests will have to purchase their own supplies thereafter.
