Stayed Feb 13, 2023The perfect place to escape every day life and enjoy the simpler things. Grilling a meal, taking a hike, watching the stars while relaxing in a hot tub, and warming yourself by a wood stove. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 18, 2026We had a wonderful trip! The location of the property was perfect. It's a quick, easy drive into Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. The cabin was very cosy. We loved the hot tub at the end of a long day. I would say the only thing that was a little tricky was the lack of grass or a yard for the dogs. However, not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 27, 2026The house was, as listed.Everything was clean, well organized, and the kitchen had plenty of everything … dishes, pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc.Communication with the landlord was excellent … almost immediate return text of messages.Great location … very private, yet close to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon.Highly recommended !

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Secluded with a lot of trees around the house. Screened porch, outside areas, living areas, and kitchen are very nice, ENtire house and areas were clean. Tony was always very quick to respond to text inquiries. Excellent WIFI, online house manual with videos on how to use the hot tub was helpful.Near Berkley Springs. The master bedroom is large, updated and clean. The second bedroom is small and a little dated.

Stayed May 16, 2025We had such a lovely time staying here with our family! Pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is so cozy and clean, and the property is beautiful- we loved listening to birds and having coffee on the screened-in porch. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Tony and his team have created a lovely, little place here! It was perfect for the two of us and our dogs for 3 nights. Might have felt cramped to have another adult with us. Couch was too squishy to sit on comfortably. But we enjoyed all that the area offered. Host was very accessible and answered questions promptly.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024We had a great stay for one night breaking up a road trip. The cabin is not far from town and was nice and private and very clean upon entry. The hot tub cover holder was broken, but other than that everything was just as advertised and we loved enjoying the go tub under a nice starry nice. Would definitely stay again..
