Stayed Jun 13, 2026The house was gorgeous! The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. All you can hear is the wind through the trees! Great outdoor spaces and a nice playground out back. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and seat all 8 at the table. The grill worked great and we even cooked s’mores by the fire pit. The guest house is an extra bonus! Great for our newlywed son and his wife on the trip. We could have fit way more than 8 people with the 6 bedrooms between the house and guest house. Lots to do in the area. We even made the 4 hour trip to Zion. Worth it! Sedona is only 40 minutes away. Beautiful day trip. Went to Williams and the train to the Grand Canton. Amazing and fun. Went on ATVs in Munds Park down the road. Great 4 hour trip. Flagstaff is a fun little town with great things going on the weekends. The host was very accessible when needed for a few questions. Again, what a great house for a wonderful family vacation!

Stayed Oct 14, 2025We had an amazing time. The place was big a spacious, enough room for everyone to be comfortable. When we weren't out and about taking advantage of all the activities, we were enjoying the play room in the garage. Everything from ping pong to pinball machine to shooting hoops. The kids really enjoyed it. The backyard play ground was also entertaining. This house has everything you need and then some. The kitchen was incredible with a large island and completely stocked with everything you need.We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in the future I highly recommend this property

Stayed May 24, 2025The location was great for our group of families. Access to town was convenient. The playground, games in garage, and access to the trails from the backyard was awesome for entertaining kids. The house plus the guest house was a perfect size for us. And, they were in good condition and clean.

Stayed May 15, 2025We had the best time at this property. We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed playing with all the games in the garage each evening. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! Can’t forget to mention, I loved the smell of the pine trees and fresh air in the mornings.

Host was available for questions. Guest house was very nice. Can’t say enough about how nice this was.
