Amazing place for vacation. Very beautiful and comfortable. Me and my family felt at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the hot tub! Everything was clean and laid out so nice and all the furnishings were just perfect. We had a campfire in the fire pit out back and loved how quiet the surrounding area was. We would absolutely stay here again and are already thinking of planning the next trip. The owner, Steve, was very quick to respond to messages and gave us many ideas about the surrounding areas for shopping and dining. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Sautee Woods cabin was a great home base for our adventures around the Sautee Nacoochee and Helen areas. The host was very easy to communicate with, the cabin was just as pictured, and the drive up to it was easily accessible. It was plenty spacious for 5 of us. The kids loved their own space in the bunk bed room, and we could all gather in the common area for games and dinner around the table. Would stay again!!

Everything about the listing was excellent. We had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Great cabin and fantastic host!

The house smelled very strongly of wood smoke when we checked in. I do not know if the fireplace had inadequate ventilation or if the previous tenants did something wrong. We did not use the fireplace and spent the entire stay trying to air the house out. After we left, all of our clothing and luggage smelled strongly of wood smoke and we had to air everything out for several days.

Very nice chalet with plenty of room and in great condition. Used the hot tub once. It was very clean and well maintained. The host was very pleasant and easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this place. In a quiet area only about 10 mins. drive from Helen, GA.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Extremely clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the hot tub and real fire place. It’s in a great location also. Quiet but still close enough to things. Steve has great communication. I would highly recommend.

This cabin was everything our hearts could have imagined! I would just bring a baby gate with you like we did if you have a little one. The host was as quick as lightening with responding to any of our questions and the cabin was stocked with anything we needed. If we weren’t planning a Disney vacation for next year we would have booked it again for sure!

Pro's, awesome location to exploring the area. The cabin is well stocked with dishes. The layout is really accommodating. The Host was easy to contact and answer all my questions. Con's, dirty, it does not get deep cleaned at all. Could not use the broom or dustpan myself it was useless. The hot tub had issues that I was told about a day before check in, however it could still be used and the Host refunded me partially for the inconvenience. But because the place was so dirty I didn't trust the hot tub would be clean so we didn't use it. The furniture is so uncomfortable all of us were sore after leaving. Both trashcans on site were already full so we had to store our trash where the hot tub sits. The appliances are so old we didn't know if we should use them! For the price we paid I think we could do better and probably would not chose this place again. I don't know why in general these rentals are not cleaned better. If they did a deep cleaning and changed the furniture it would help. None of this ruined our trip though, it's just honest feed back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sautee Woods for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for our family. We had everything we needed, and the location to Helen was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family enjoyed staying here very much! It was absolutely perfect for 5 people. The kids were thrilled about their own room upstairs and having a hot tub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with the food we brought. The charcoal grill was an added bonus. Our host was extremely easy to deal with and suggested many things in the area that we actually did and enjoyed. Our kids didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend and we will be planning more trips in the future.

The house was amazing and I have stayed at innumerable places, this was by far the cleanest. We loved it! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect cabin for our family. Very inviting and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about the cabin - from the small balcony to the hot tub. We loved the fact that there was a charge onsite for our Tesla. We had our cord with us to plug in, so it made it easier.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Very secluded but easy access by car to Helen and other attractions in the area. Be aware it has plenty of pots and pans but no cooking supplies (e.g.cooking oil, condiments, etc.).

This is our 2nd stay at Sautee Woods. Even better than the first stay. Beautiful new flooring throughout and new granite countertops. The cabin is so comfortable & cozy. Great location. Very private & quiet and easy roads to drive. Close to shopping & dining. Steve is a great host. Highly recommend this cabin!

This place is a quick drive to Helen, Cleveland, and Yonah Mountain. The layout is great for a couple or family. It wasn’t super clean and the sheets downstairs were pretty dirty. Overall good stay though.

Property was exactly as pictured. Entire process was easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.

Just what we needed - a secluded, quiet cabin that makes you feel like you’re away from it all, but really you’re no more than a 15 minute drive from everything you want to do! Our children LOVED the bunk beds and the cozy recliners. Rocking chairs on the front porch and hot tub on the back porch helped us enjoy the serenity outdoors. This home had the true log cabin, rustic feel, but was well-stocked and had all the modern amenities. Loved that the showers heated up quickly and the A/c and heat worked well (it was march, so we had cold nights and warm days). The host was wonderful to deal with and very friendly and helpful. We Will definitely be returning!

We have stayed in several different properties in the Helen area and my husband and I both agree, this cabin is by far one of the best. The cabin was clean, the hot tub was clean. We had no complaints regarding our stay. We will definitely rent again!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Check in process was smooth as we have ever experienced. The cabin is beautiful with a great layout and the hot tub was a plus. Wonderful place to stay with plenty of privacy.

We had a fantastic time. The cabin was perfect. Our kids loved the large bedroom upstairs with their own bathroom. I enjoyed wine by the fireplace every evening and the hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Helen. We saw a few deer each morning. Steve sent us a list of must dos ahead of the stay and we did many of his suggestions! We would definitely visit again! The kids already want to go back!

We had a wonderful Christmas. The cabin was warm and clean, with really good kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as comfortable communal areas.

This beautiful cabin was the perfect location for our recent anniversary getaway. It's perfectly private, but close enough to neighboring towns. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring beautiful Helen. Steve was the perfect host and was quick to answer any questions I had.

We enjoyed the location being out of town but accessible to everything there is to do in the area. Cabin was exactly as advertised. It was stocked with all the needs you would. Appreciated how clean the property was upon arrival. The host was available quickly when we had a question and had passed on many ideas of adventures to experience. We do not usually stay at any property for our yearly trip, but this is a cabin we would consider. We would not hesitate to recommend giving this property a spin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Sautee Woods! The cabin is nestled in a large wooded lot and feels private even with other cabins on the road. Inside, the cozy decor made us feel right at home. Beds were comfortable, and kudos for the cleanliness throughout! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils, pans and small appliances we needed to cook a couple meals each day. Steve, the host, was very responsive to questions prior to our stay, and even messaged a long list of recommended restaurants and activities in the area. Very helpful! We hiked to beautiful Anna Ruby falls, Desoto Falls, visited nearby Helen, drove over to Dahlonega, and shopped in Cleveland. Enjoyed some great restaurants too on our daytrips. Don't hesitate to book Sautee Woods! It did not disappoint.

Cabin was perfect and Steve was easy to communicate with. Tucked in the woods, yet so close to Helen, Anna Ruby Falls, Yonah Mountain and other activities. The cabin was so enjoyable, clean and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had a lovely time. This is the cleanest place we have Ever stayed in! We especially liked that this is in a residential area and not a resort. It was quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of time in the cabin playing Monopoly, putting together jigsaw puzzles, and just being together. It was a great time for us all. The 18-month-old had a great time exploring, we blocked off the stairs and felt perfectly comfortable letting her roam. Everything was wonderful, just wish we could have stayed longer

We explored North Georgia different places everyday, always great to come back to the cabin, sit in the Hottub and recover.

We have stayed in Steve's cabin several times and it never disappoints. It is always clean, cozy and convenient to Helen.

It was a charming cabin for our Sautee getaway, two couples catching up on recent trips and family happenings. Nearby we explored Minnehaha Falls, the Sautee covered bridge, the old Sautee store. We loved it! Thanks!!

We had an amazing experience! The only down side was not being aware that we need to bring body wash products and cleaning products, for example to wash dishes. There were not enough towels for 6 people.

Wonderful property! Great for families and couples, up to 6 people. Close enough to Helen and all of the action, but far enough away for peace, quiet and nature. 😊❤️
