Stayed May 29, 2026We loved our stay here. Just the right size for 2 travelers. Area was clean and accommodating. Many options for activities in the area. Hosts were very welcoming.

Cold AC, hot water-shower, frig, microwave, comfortable bed, dock for fishing, etc. Easy check-in and check out instructions and good communication from the owner. Best place you will find for the price in Sargent. Would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed Apr 16, 2026I really needed a weekend to get away from the city. This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The lighted dock was great and I was able to catch a number of trout.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The Seagull Seaculsion is fantastic. The house was clean and neat, it has everything you need. Fishing was great! You have your own private pier to fish from. Owner were very responsive and nice and welcoming.. we highly recommend staying here. Great for a couples getaway. Happy Anniversary to us!!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025I totally love the cabin will be back for sure we stayed 2 nights and cought alot of fish off the pair lost 2 big fish. The owner is really nice and friendly. She makes you feel like home very clean little cabin for 2. Thanks for having us we will see you soon

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Great place to stay and fish!!! The shed is perfect size for a long weekend getaway with the family. Host is very responsive to all messages no matter the time of day. We will definitely be making another trip back to Sargent and staying here!!!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and clean. The cabin was comfortable and cozy and had everything you needed. We loved the private fishing dock and the convenient proximity to the beach. We would definitely visit again.
