You have the entire home and entire backyard private for your use! Access via a keypad entry, so no need to fumble around with keys!
The Neighborhood:
Located about 5 miles north of Downtown Pagosa Springs, and only about 18 miles from Wolf Creek Ski area, this home is the perfect basecamp for all your SW Colorado adventures. The RV park to the south of the cabin is a long-term only RV park, so not a lot of in/out traffic.
Getting Around:
Quick 10 min (or less) to town, and only about 20 min to wolf creek. There is also national forest access about 1 mile away.
Other Things to Note:
The entrance for this home, and for the RV park are one and the same. However, the home is separate from the park and completely private.
