Real nice place very relaxing time with children , wife and family will definitely plan a return trip

The property is cute but very small. It states it accommodates 8 but with only two showers and no bathtub eight is way too many for this cabin. Also with no living room/den area there is not any room for the family to all be together except the kitchen table. We did not like that there is only one small sofa and no TV in the dining area. The decor is nice and the outside area is nice but is too far from the back of the cabin to enjoy in the winter. The built-in twin beds in the big room has absolutely no privacy and no storage for bags and clothes. No closet in one of the master bedrooms was a real problem. This cabin would be more fun during warmer months and for a younger group of maybe 4-6 who are more carefree than our family. It is well kept and we had no problems with any appliances. We had a great time although I would not recommend it for a family of eight.

We always come to Beaver's Bend prior to Thanksgiving and usually stay closer to the park. This property was perfect for my kids with strong wifi, indoor/outdoor activity spaces, and enough room for all 5 of us. We will certainly book again!

The property is easy to find (which isn't always the case with rentals in broken bow). The house was very clean and seems well maintained. The outdoor space was very nice. Large covered area with a grill and hot tub, separate area with a fire pit and chairs, and another separate area with a wood burning fireplace. Fairly private from the neighbors. The only reason i give it a 3 is because you can hear the highway noise while you are outside. The other issue was both fireplaces. The one outside had most of the smoke coming out the front instead of the chimney. The one inside is ventless, smelled bad, and kept setting off the heat detector. So both were not useful for us. In the summer that wouldn't matter at all because you likely won't use them.

We stayed at Sagebrush for fall break trip and had an amazing relaxing time. My oldest daughter enjoyed the pac man game and we all enjoyed the pool table! Easily able to prep meals with the grills and supplies provided. My only complaint was the hot tub was dirty, we were unable to stay in it whenever we noticed the dirt in the bubbles and water. The cabin was fully stocked, and easy access with the door key code. We stay in the cabin and relaxed and there was plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

Cabin itself was perfect super clean plenty of room throughout the whole house. Location was also ideal close to everything 5-10 min from just about everything. With that being said the highway is only about 100 yds through the woods behind the house and made it kinda difficult to enjoy the peace and quiet on back porch. Neighbors to the right were kinda close but we’re only there for one day of our stay. Overall I would stay here again and the cabin itself was perfect just be aware that the location is not secluded like we were wanting.

The cabin is beautiful and the property is perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, made smores over the firepit, and played pac man.
